The person who checked me in on the computer was a total jerk because I only wanted an oil change. He was the worst experience I've had at your establishment. The rest of the staff seemed friendly.

Too pushy about changing fluids, wipers, filters. I don’t like it. I’m just there for oil change. Also, I said yes to tire rotation and they didn’t do it. I’m not planning to go back.

•The Good: Very quick and very convenient; the free fluid top-offs between oil changes is a great idea
•The Bad: The fluid top-offs are typically not done, even when specifically requested. Likewise, I was charged for a tire rotation that was not done.
•Great work and very convenient, but I'm never sure if I'm actually getting what I pay for

You all saved my life with the safety inspection during my oil change. Your mechanic noticed that my brake lines were installed incorrectly and fixed them. Had you not found that I could have lost my brakes and been in a serious accident. Thank you!

I always get my oil and filter change at the Altoona Jiffy Lube. I took my vehicle there to charge my Ac and they visually checked it and hooked the machine up said no leaks and continued to charge. 1 week later my Ac does low cool. So $222. 00 wasted ugh mentioned it to them yesterday but they said nothing.
