Quick service , very professional!

Absolutely way too many recommendations and different upsell items from the manager today. It was one thing after another. A few things I said OK to, only to find out they didn’t have in stock or ended up being too costly. He had to have asked me about 9 different items. Not only that, but every other person they were servicing, they did the same thing to but with different items. It was way too much. I couldn’t, in good faith, tell a friend or colleague to go through that, too. I honestly will most likely go elsewhere next time.

Disappointed with this service. Was told no oil on my dip stick and that I needed this additional service that cost 50 but will get for 25. Was charged the full amount and didn't even need the service. Report said my oil was fine when came in.

NO mileage sticker was put on my vehicle.

The representative that assisted me was very courteous, helpful and informative about available discounts. I like Jiffy lube it quicks affordable and effecient for my vehicle's performance.

Way too expensive. Talked into things I didn’t ask for.

Not necessarily disappointed, but I have noticed over the years that the prices have gone up on pretty much all of your services in products while the quality has stayed relatively consistent. I won’t even consider getting an air filter or a tire rotation because that cost has gone up exponentially, relative to the cost of a barrel of oil and inflation. The technicians are always excellent.

Associate tries pushing parts and selling parts i dont need.

Guys did great. I hate seeing people getting ripped off for things they don't need. I understand that's how business works though. I have no problem at all because of the first time I was there. I said I just want my oil changed.....no cabin air filter......no nothing.....double negative. Just my oil changed. Everything was good this time I believe from the notes from the last time I was there. So good for you guys.
