The staff is so helpful and the facility is top notch! My son went from fearing how to swim to enjoying the pool within two lessons! Additionally, we had his birthday party there as a Bounce House party and the space was perfect for all ages! Everyone had an amazing time with how smoothly it all went. Being members was one of the best decisions our family has made!

Brian luvs all the excitement the YMCA has to offer! Camp Eastman and OST has really helped Brian build confidence in himself, he has a sense of belonging because the staff makes sure every child is included and is seen for their individuality, their unique personalities and all around unconditional caring for all of the children is unmeasurable. I’m a parent therefore I don’t experience all the fun first hand, but when my Brian runs up to me at the end of the day wearing his handsome smile and filthy clothes just to tell me about his “super fun” day, I know he’s in the right place! Thank u to all of the staff at Camp Eastman! U r all very much appreciated! 🩵

Dear camp team, I am writing to sincerely thank you for the excellent order and care you provide for the children; I have absolutely no complaints regarding their safety and well-being. As a constructive suggestion, I would like to propose scheduling more continuous activities throughout the day to avoid downtime between them, and if possible, allowing them more time in the pool, which is what they enjoy the most. Thank you very much for your openness and for taking such great care of our children.

Fun and councilors are so nice

Classes I have taken and the teachers have all been wonderful. I would love to see pilates reformer class like they have at the Melrose Ymca. Also could add a senior TAP dance class. Also, maybe a dance and tone class with hand weights - Just a few thoughts. Thank you

I am someone who needs group classes to exercise. The Y has a wonderful schedule of various kinds of exercise at many hours.

Love Camp Eastman activities and counselors and directors, everyone here are very welcoming and thoughtful, and we as parents appreciate all the fun activities planned and overall kid care. i do think the set up though are a bit tailored to older kids, and so sometimes the younger kids especially at age 4 need more support, ie having to lug their backpacks with lunch and full water bottles around camp rather than having it in cubby base classroom, can be a struggle for the younger kids at this age group. Unlikely to pack less things in bag since doing swimming daily (an activity which we love), and also found ourselves unable to pack warm lunches since we’ve had to forego the hard lunch boxes due to weight. we also wish to see a bit more updates, especially for those of preK ages - wish we could know what other activities they participated in other than swimming every day, it would be a better transition to support the kids coming from a full time daycare that had more direct and frequent communication with caretakers on a daily basis before

Camp is so much fun. I look forward to coming back every summer.

Summer camp has been a blast. Making new friends, learning new things, and having tons of fun. Swimming every day has been a highlight!

Love all the classes, but I wish that we could use the outdoor pool without paying extra

Lots of classes offered and everything is very clean. I use the pool mostly and the locker room pool and showers are always clean.
