Everything!! One of the best workouts for ALL and everyone. Love, Love, Love!

I love Pure Barre Spring Hill because it's so much more than a workout! The instructors are amazing, the community is welcoming and encouraging, and I always leave feeling stronger—physically and mentally. It's my favorite hour to focus on myself and be surrounded by such uplifting people!

I have done A variation of different types of group classes. I have never been a gym person per se as that's just not my scene. I do enjoy accountability and group classes however. I was very hesitant to do the first class as I did not know what to anticipate but after the very first class I was definitely hooked. I attend the Spring Hill class and I can say without a doubt they care about you the minute you walk in. They ask about you , your goals, your strengths and weaknesses. They assure you that there are modifications for everything and there really is. They are very hands on in class and assure that you are doing things correctly. It is a very non cliquey non judgemental place. So glad I am making this a priority

I want a 6am class on tuesdays and thursdays in addition to Monday and friday

Great instructors and community!

Always friendly, everyone can workout at their own level. So much 😁 fun

The flexibility. And the consistency of teachers. They're very good. Very similar but different in a little way.

We need community. I used to feel like I knew everyone in the class, and now it's one to two at most. Events take time, I get it. But they also were fun and brought a lot of people in. Also, selfishly, would LOVE the 4:30 Friday class back and more 7 ams

I love the variety of classes and instructors. There really is something for everyone.

Low impact. Good workout

The staff are amazing and so supportive

Very inviting environment with educated & kind instructors!

I love the variety of class formats, the fast pace of the classes, and the instructors' energy.

More variety of classes and more class times.

Whole-body workouts have made me stronger, more flexible, and improved my balance. I also love the Barre besties community.

Instructors are great. Love the 7:00 am classes

The workout is so great for building strength and posture.

My muscles feel truly worked out after every session. I feel stronger every week.

Good variety of class times and format. Most staff and members are welcoming and friendly

The teachers! Allie and Erin!!!

I am excited for the new teachers, however there is limited variety of classes at 5 & 6 am. Over half the week is Classic with 2 Aligns, 1 Define and no Empower class to choose from. I am tired of doing Classic, there's need to be at least 2 days a weeks with higher weights/quicker tempo classes. Could Emma start teaching Define?

The design and structure of the classes, along with the formats, the instructors, and the culture are truly fabulous for me! I was so intimidated by all of it at first. But, everyone has been incredibly helpful and supportive! I feel so much stronger, so much better and I am truly seeing transformation. I am very happy!!

Staff and other customers are so wonderful and supportive. Great atmosphere. Great workout.

The instructors, the community of people, and the positive nature I feel every time I walk into the studio.

Great community, workout and options!

Mount Juliet Pure Barre has the most welcoming people!

I don't care for some of the policies that new ownership has done. It felt more relaxed and homey before. I also miss the old retail. Oh and definitely add back the 8:30 classes!!

All the teachers/instructors motivate me to push myself harder than I thought possible! Love my PURE BARRE FAMILY ❤️

The main thing is the availability of classes. There used to be more Sunday afternoon classes, and there also used to be 4:30 classes scheduled. For people who aren't able to come Saturday or Sunday mornings, weekend p.m. classes would be so beneficial. Also, weekday evenings from 5-6 are cuckoo bananas. The traffic is better at 4:30, and we can still be home for dinner after class.

I have been enjoying the workouts. Some of the instructors are much better than others! I feel myself getting stronger and can't wait to see the results!

I love PBMJ!! One thing that would be super helpful to me is having a class or two during the week at 4/4:30pm or 1/1:30pm. That may not be the majority of people but for me and the schedule I have with my kids it be super helpful.

More class times used to be offered. They have changed so much and are not as convenient as they once were. class sizes are also larger then they used to be. Up to 18-20 in a class and it's SO crammed.

I love the class dynamic! It's harder when classes are more packed, and wish there were time options. But overall the studio is great! 🤍

Bring back kids events and turn the dang fans on 🤣

Hi! I love Pure Barre, but I was pretty disappointed in the cancellation policy, especially when the MJ location had worked with me re: son's autism and his behavior outbursts that can't be controlled. I was charged even when explaining this, and didn't even receive a courtesy reversal even though I had no idea the new "policy" was in place. This really ruined my experience with this location, so I will be canceling my memebership and just doing drop-ins from here on out. Also, I wish this location had the red lights like other Pure Baree locations — it's all about the atmosphere, environment and the instructors/music. Thanks!
