The small boutique feeling of the Buena Vista Y is what brings me back daily. The facility is always clean. The equipment is top notch.

Always clean. Love the new grips on machines. You don’t just let stuff run down you take care of it. I’m hoping to start classes soon. I’ve just done the Y machines. The staff there is always welcoming and that matters.
I’m hoping to have a one-on-one with someone soon to make changes. A bit bored.

Buena Vista YMCA has a biggest impact per square foot of any Y location in the area. The knowledgeable, professional and just plain fun staff are top rate! A hearty thank you to Amber, Kevin, Nathan and all other trainers—- you rock!

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was impressed by the trainers and really enjoy the option for functional strength.

It is a greatcoat to work out. The machines are great for building muscle and makes you feel better all around. The trainers are awesome!

helpful if you need help, music is upbeat to help keep you motivated, then calming for cool down.
They offer lot of classes to choose from to fit your schedule. Also, they have one on one training for anyone who chooses.

I love the convenience of being able to go any time I want with

I love having a YMCA location so close to my house, but the equipment offerings are disappointing. With only 2 treadmills, I often show up expecting to get a workout done, only to find that all of the treadmills are taken. That has happened enough times that I don’t generally go to the burns vista location because I can’t count on equipment availability. Additionally, the other locations offer sweat towels, which is a nice touch so I don’t have to bring my own.

Buena Vista YMCA is always clean, and equipment is in top condition. Each member of “Y” Team is friendly and helpful, if I need assistance. My wife is interested in joining this summer, when she retires from her position.

This is Kristin, Trent’s wife. I opened the ymca account and it was a family account. I am the board chair at the Charles e lakin ymca. When my husband started using your facility, the staff there keep trying to change the membership to your location but in doing so it consistently messes up our family account. I have attempted and fixed it multiple times but it is messed up again. Please reach out to me to resolve this as it is very frustrating. Luckily my CB friends and staff know me because of the board so they just let me in but please reach out to me to fix this. 4026700368

Love the morning classes and camaraderie of class members and others who share the space. Everyone is very encouraging. Nathan does a great job. Glad we can finally turn off the fan during yoga! It gets cold and breezy!

Love everything about the place.

I've yet to try classes but the y machine and treadmill are my favorites. Instructors are very knowledgeable too.

They give me a great workout and the staff is super knowledgable

I am so happy with your Egym machines. For once in my life I consistently workout. I would like for the attendant to make sure there is music playing while in the gym. The are times when there is no music playing. I come in the evening between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm.

I love the small environment and the staff makes it all feel very personal. Friendships with other Y members and the staff are created in this space! EXCELLENT staff who are all EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL! This is my FAVORITE YMCA location.

Staff is outstanding! Professional and respectful. . "Seniors" can be a challenging group but at Buena Vista lots of classes and activities are designed especially for us and our varied abilities. I am greeted by name every time I enter the building as is every member. Can't say enough good things about the director, Amber, she is such an asset to the YMCA community. (speaking of "Seniors" we would love a Nustepper at our location) Thanks.

The friendly staff.

I can't decide what is the BEST part of Buena Vista, but I know it is 1) the trainers; 2) the community; and 3) the actual exercise and strength training that I do. Perhaps it is a third for each, but on any given day, those percentages could shift. The truth is that it DEFINITELY is all three of these.

I've been taking a class Monday, Wednesday and Friday with people who were all new to me. They all feel like family now. We cheer each other on each class. The atmosphere at the gym keeps me motivated and coming back. Amber, Nathan and Stephen are terrific YMCA ambassadors. JR
