I love the community that Erin has built and the body positive and inclusive environment. I also love the workouts and the encouragement from instructors and clients.
Teacher turnover has been very challenging
Bring back 7:30 classes and Sunday afternoon
I have been taking classes since 2019. There is never a class that i have taken that i thought was easy.. Pure Barre always challenges me and allows me to become stronger with every class.
Great classes and instructors!
One of the reasons I decided to try this particular barre studio is because it's close to my home so I can easily get to the studio. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging which keeps me coming back.
Love love love the classes. Studio is clean - teachers are great!
First, I want to say how much I appreciate this studio. The environment has always been very welcoming, and the community is so supportive. Because I love this studio and have been a long-time member here, I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding a few recent changes. Instructor Consistency & Training: Our long-time teachers are fantastic. However, some of the recent new additions seem to need a bit more training and support to feel fully prepared. Additionally, the schedule and teacher line-ups have been changing much more frequently lately, making it difficult to plan. Class Availability (Align): Align classes seem to disappear from the schedule more often than othersâespecially right now as we head into the final stretch of the Fall challenge, when having those classes is most helpful. Speaking with other members who take Align, we would love to see this format offered more consistently. (And Brittany used to be on the schedule, and does a great Align class). Visibility of Class Sizes: Recently, the app/schedule view stopped showing the number of available spots for classes (except for free classes). It was always helpful to see capacity in advance and know whether a class would be packed or more intimate, especially on days when you prefer a smaller group. Lastly, I love the pop-ups and social events the studio plans for us; you do a great job with those! I hope you don't mind this feedback; I know there are many moving parts to keep the studio running. Thank you for listening and for all you do!
Great class
Great workout - gentle on the joints but challenges the muscles - especially the core! Instructors are well trained and friendly.
Instructors are great! Always offering help and alternatives. Very friendly staff! Highly recommend. I have had success in toning arms and legs.
A variety of class formats in the morning, the instructors, every class is different or changes frequently, and it's a great full body workout!
I love that I get to chose my own schedule and the intensity of workout depending on what I need. I love getting to know the teachers' styles, and having many teachers to choose classes from. I love that it helps me feel better after and accomplished after the work out.
I love the work out! I love the community. I've made life long friends. No need in trying other platforms when you find Pure Barre! It's amazing and I love it! Makes me want to start my day off at PB. One warning⦠it's addictive. I'm addicted. Thank you PB for being you! Xxoo
The core workout; gained strength; activity with company/peer pressure to work harder than l would make myself work if no one was watching; the fact that the workouts never get easy.
I like the dark lighting, no clocks in the studio, how much I have to engage my core for 50 minutes, mandatory socks, leggings encouraged, equipment is simple, and I can do the moves at home :)
The community and the staff are amazing. I love that the class formats continue to change and offer a wide range of abilities to take classes and feel challenged.
What an amazing staff! ALL the instructors are knowledgeable, professional, yet down to earth. It's clear they all love teaching and truly want to help you be your best. Studio is clean, organized, and very welcoming. It's a very positive environment and I'm so thankful to be a part of it. Oh and I must not forget, the workouts are killer!!! So so good!! You won't regret being part Pure Barre Fort Collins, it's top shelf!
The staff very. Welcoming and supportive
I love the classes and the community. I also love that there is a pass that I can go 4 times that makes it doable. The unlimited is too expensive for me.
Great staff and trainers and flexible schedule.
It is so good for my body! I love all the different classes and the instructors are very helpful and nice!
Great community and workout. Always challenging. Like the different formats.
The atmosphere in the studio; excellent instructors and fun members
The instructors are very encouraging and the classes are amazing. I love the challenge and finding out in stronger than I thought trying out new things as I explore the different kinds of classes they offer!
It's a great community that is felt right when you open the door.
The instructors are like personal trainers. I like the low impact class formats
I love the community here at Pure Barre Belmar. Great, fun, supportive people make staying committed to workout goals easy. I'm so excited to be celebrating my 750th workout class at Pure Barre Belmar studio with this great group of instructors and peers who have become friends.
The studio is often stuffy with no air circulating. This past week although cooler outside the studio has been very hot and the a/c not on. It would be great to have ceiling fans like they have at the Highlands Ranch PB
Great instructors, schedule options, variety of classes, and location. I am so happy here
I would love more 7:30am classes that include empower and define! Everything else wonderful!
Small class sizes, knowledgeable and fun instructors
Challenging workout in a supportive and fun environment!
I appreciate the low-impact, great core workout as well as the encouraging instructors and LTB community of fellow clients. Thank you for the fun and effective workouts!
Everything! Pure Barre makes me feel strong and gives me a sense of peace and well being. It is my favorite thing that I do for myself.
I love the variety of classes! It's always challenging & led by great instructors.
All of the instructors are fantastic! Love that all of them do hands on corrections.
I love Pure Barre and will remain a member. However, I do appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback about recent experiences. There are some basic PB "etiquette" or expectations that used to be somewhat frequent reminders that I've noticed have changed. This relates to some hygiene related things, like a huge increase in people walking through the studio bare footed. Since we're in a class where we're on the floor frequently, often without mats, this has grossed me out a bit and seems far more common than it used to be. I've even seen people walking through with their street shoes on (to change in the bathroom or get to the back). It's made me think differently about how sanitary the experience is and I wonder if additional reminders about this (like we get reminders about missing classes, canceling, etc.) would be helpful. I also want to provide some feedback about teaching standards with perhaps a request for some quality control or 'lead teacher' that can provide feedback to existing teachers. There is a wide range in the quality of the experience. Many are high energy, thorough, offer corrections, are clear, and are capable of being on the beat. However, there are several that have difficult operating with the music (meaning the whole room is on a different beat and rotation of movements in classes that rely on this, like classic). This includes holding movements for far longer on one side vs. the other or generally having difficulty with timing (there are some teachers that I've learned I should just expect the class to end five minutes late for or that I know stretching will be shortened due to timing). I've also noticed a difference in teachers that don't provide full instructions, including forgetting things like if a foot is flexed or pointed or forgetting whole components of a movement on one side that we just did on the other. I know this occurs sometimes for any teacher, but the general experience about the quality of the instruction is notable to me as someone that has attended PB for many years. Finally, I've noticed almost no corrections (verbally or in a hands-on way) from some teachers, which means that I've noticed people taking the class doing movements very incorrectly. I know that all corrections can be made, of course, especially in large classes or repeatedly with certain clients. But sometimes I am worried that people are going to get injured and everyone has a hard time level-setting on what a movement is supposed to look like when everyone is doing them so differently, the teacher is moving around the room, and no corrections are being made. Having check ins, creating systems for feedback for teachers, or having a lead teacher could help create some quality control for the experience in ways I believe have been present in past years at some points.
Good exercise, good atmosphere, and very friendly, attentive instructors who really go above and beyond to know us clients.
Great effective workout and the teachers are all top notch!!
Professional friendly instructors and the classes change often emphasizing different muscle groups. I like the different types of classes too.
Easy to just show up to class, don't have to think about how to workout. Friendly instructors and community. Love our owner, Mala, who is kind and energetic.
I love the teachers, the feedback and the atmosphere. I also love that you can do it at any age!
Pure Barre is life changing not only physically but mentally! You realize that you can get strong and stay strong! My Highlands Ranch PB is like family! So grateful for them!
I love the variation in classes. I have noticed a positive change in my strength and tone especially in my glutes, hamstrings, quads, biceps and deltoids from the Classic and Define classes. The Define class is the perfect amount of strength training and just enough cardio to get my heart rate up. In addition, I have the opportunity to increase the weight as I increase my strength. I also enjoy the flow of the Align class and the challenge from the balance and stretching perspective. The Classic and Align classes end with a few minutes of stretching which has helped me to become noticeably more flexible especially in my lower back and hamstrings which had become tighter with age. The instructors always give encouragement and are good at form corrections and the front end are always very friendly. The Pure Barre classes have become part of my weekly routine and with the positive changes I have noticed, I will continue to participate for the foreseeable future. I would encourage anyone, woman or man, to give these classes a try, you'll be amazed at the transformation in your body!
Love the routine and the community atmosphere.
It's been a great experience so far! It's definitely on the pricier side, but you can get a lot of each class. I have many injuries so it's been a great guided class as I get back to moving!
Great skilled instructors who are friendly to all!
So many good teachers have left that were the ones that pushed me. We don't get a ton of feedback or correction (hands-on) during class now. The times are hard to make without afternoon class on the weekend and the define class is only offered during normal work hours. Not having a define class, hand-on instruction (newer teachers?) or afternoon class on weekends has impacted. The teachers are all very nice still!
The workout and the community!
