Make class registration easier

I’ve been a member for almost 40 years! I enjoy the exercise classes and the other members are friendly. It’s a great physical and social experience.

Professionalism.

There are no classes between 9 - 11 Monday Tuesday Wednesday or Friday Classes are focused on older community during those hours I have asked numerous times for additional classes in the morning and have been told that there is no budget for it

Barely any of the monitors work on the cardio machines while connecting to the online apps such as YouTube.

Misleading when joining ymca we were under the impression that we would pay a certain amount that was quoted en we agreed to the amount when off and a week later another amount that we have no idea where it come from was taken of our account. That in tern left our account in an overdraft and cost us almost $40 DOLLARS 8n bank fees because no one informed us. I have sent a message for someone to give me call as they said they can't help me from the facility itself. So now we wait. Not impressed at all you guys mislead people.

Convenient location, easy parking, great instructors. Equipment is well maintained and the fitness center is clean and safe.

I would like to see bathing suit dryer to be installed in the man’s locky room. It was there in the beginning but was removed and never been reinstalled.

add/increase back to basic weight/conditioning classes - slower music , lower volume ; need more classes in general ; update plate loaded machines

The leg extension machine has an ascending resistance profile. It's hardest at the top which doesn't match where the quads have best leverage and it also feels very uncomfortable.

Overall we have had great experiences with the offerings at Demakes YMCA. We did notice that the swim lessons would have too many children per teacher. 7 kids and 1 teacher for 30 min isn’t very beneficial or worth the fee.

Friendly helpfull staff. Clean equiptment.

I would recommend to clean the floors in the exercise rooms more regularly. We are on mats on the floor and you can see the marks, dirt and hair. Thank you.

Most of time I don’t find locker to put my stuff we complain many times to front desk but problem not solved. I don’t know why some members won that lockers.
