I wish that there was a larger room for classes. This class is popular and very crowded. Could you offer 5 or 6 days per week? Or several classes per day? I feel like the class has really helped me. I have much better balance and strength due to participating in classes.
Everyone is so nice. I love the exercises that we do. It is nice to be with people who understand each other. We all have our lifetime trials and we share and people care.
Darcy and Jill are great. They put fun in the exercises and that is wonderful.
I like the way the class is formatted to include cardio, strength training and stretching. We have a lot of fun and Darcy and Jill are very good instructors.
