Great instructor, full energy and knowledge
Great instructors, physically rewarding classes. The only area of improvement needed is the issues of your air condition being constantly on the fritz. Perhaps you should consider a replacement to go along with the beautiful remoldeled building.
It’s awesome! It’s a way to get back into exercising for the older group. It’s challenges you for the good. You may even lose a few pounds. And best of all you make friends that are also there to make them healthier.

It gets me moving! 4 knee replacements,3 hip replacements and 3 rotator cuff surgeries, RA, Fibromyalgia and OA and I’m still moving and my balance is getting much better! I’ve enjoyed our new instructors these past few sessions!

Excellent program; I would recommend it to anyone with balance issues. I was falling a lot. Unfortunately, I still have to work, and I travel a lot overseas, so my attendance is not perfect, and I was rejected for this season.

I enjoy the instructors. They are so positive! I try and do exactly what they are doing. I feel great once I am there... and of course I like our group.
The exercises keep my weight steady and my muscles toned. The teachers make it a place that you enjoy or their friendliness and their humor.
Trainers are well trained, not only in the specific cardio, strength, and stretch exercises but also in motivating us at whatever level we entered the program. Results, if we stick with the program, are measured and serve as a source of pride for our efforts.
I like that the work out is standardized. There is a chair to use if needed. You choose the hand weights ( or not). It has taught me to listen to my body….and has kept me going.
