Nice lady enjoyed to chat we had an really liked the hair cut

My son was wiggly, but instead of being patient and working with us, she insisted that he sit a certain way. He’s 3 and has had his haircut by multiple barbers with them being accommodating and understanding that he’s a toddler. His haircut was not what we wanted,
and we will be going to a different barber.

Easy to book an appointment and got a stylist who was nice and did a great job.

It was a first visit. Not sure it's worth the $$ for a haircut.

Shelby is a great barber and a cool person.

Paid $20 for scalp massage that was supposed to last 15 minutes and it felt the same as shampoo. Not worth the $$ and will not get this service again.

My barber Vanessa is the only barber that’s been able to do my hair exactly how I like it and she does it with a smile and with great customer service. Highly recommend paying the extra to sit in her chair.

Your location always has loud very music playing. That makes it difficult to have conversations with the stylist. Also, I've always thought that getting a haircut should be a relatively calming and relaxing experience.

Cookie is an amazing stylist. She really gets my hairstyle, we have a lot in common, and she does a great shoulder massage with her hands instead of that stupid vibrator thing which I'm pretty sure damages their hands. Please keep her around!

Higher prices and more frequently getting Great Clips stylists.

The attitude in the shop between stylists is so caring and happy.

Ali is great, and the rest of the staff is friendly and helps each other tidy the floor.

The music is so loud all of the time that your stylists will likely have permanent hearing loss from working in that environment every day. I know that is part of the “vibe” of Floyd’s, but it can be turned down a bit and still be cool.

Megan is a great stylist knowledgeable and personable. Shes great about asking the right questions to make sure I get the haircut I want everytime.

My Stylist, Sarah, knows exactly how I want my hair cut and remembers it every time.

It’s a great place for a cut most definitely! But the lack of barbers for a place called floyd’s barbershop should have more barbers licensed. You can tell how unskilled people are they way they try to do a fade and it’s very scary because it’s normally not very great.

Been to many different hair cut/barbers over the years and so far Vanessa H is the best/ most consistent hair cut I have gotten. Front desk staff is always friendly as well.

Sarah was awesome! Plus, I really enjoyed my beard trim along with seeing several cool tattoos on employee's. I plan to return soon.
