Reservation system continues to fail customers. Having a reservation means nothing any more.

My usual and long time barber Sara is out with an injury and won’t be back for a couple of weeks.I didn’t want to cheat on her because she’s been cutting my hair for years but I was in need of a haircut in a bad way. I asked her for a recommendation and she pointed me to Letitia. I went in for a cut and beard trim. I’m pretty nervous about letting someone new give me a trim, especially when it comes to my beard. Letitia did an amazing job! She listened to what I normally do and recommended other techniques. Ended up with a cut that I couldn’t have been more pleased with.

Haircut was uneven, also missed an entire area. When I called to get it corrected after I had some time (I work two full time jobs) they told me I would have to pay because it was passed 7 days. Really? Just to fix the spot they missed? Disappointing.

Ashley cut my sons curly hair and she do such a great job! I highly recommend her!

Great clip attention to detail

I have typically received quality haircuts here, but this time it was rushed and not at all what I asked for. I asked for a feather razor cut, and explained what I was needing. My hair looked acceptable before I left, but when I got home for closer inspection, she really botched me. I had to go somewhere else to fix it, and spend double the money. I only give a 4 because I have had positive experiences here in the past

Very friendly staff, consistent quality haircuts

She was very nice. Didn't talk much because she just had her tonsils out, which was fine, but I could tell she knew what she was doing. I think my fauxhawk turns out better with a little moisture and scissors (what she did) instead of just a shaver (what a lot of the other stylists do). The massage with just hands was very nice.

Ali is terrific but prices have gone up quickly

Made this appointment for my husband for our maternity photos, he came back with a botched hair cut and large cuts up and down his neck from the shave. I took pictures even to show you how bad the neck cuts were if anyone cares to see them

Great place and environment

Friendly stylist, good music

I have been charged for a skin fade several times now and the stylist has not used a straight razor. Most recently I was not able to get a skin fade because the counter person did not enter my appointment correctly causing me to not get a skin fade.

Megan is wonderful. She listens to what I want everytime and delivers.

I've been very satisfied with tihs shop when booking Sarah and Cladia. They're both very friendly and do a great job with the haircut, ensuring everything is correct and not rushing it. I gave an 8 of 10 because there's been a few instances that the scheduling is not great and I have to wait past my appointment start time.
