I liked their service, and they were very nice and professional. My low score is because I did not get the haircut I asked for when I showed the barber a picture and told her what I wanted before she cut my hair.

Nice place and the music too. The cutters are all great and not afraid to decide what they like for you, if you want.

The Lemmon location used to be my go-to place for a haircut. But I had a very bad experience one day and it made me not want to come back, even though ive never gotten a more consistent haircut than when I go to any Floyd’s location. But then I remembered that the few times I had visited the Addison location in the past 3 years were really good. The employees seemed more inviting and willing to have a conversation during the haircut. This past visit I was fortunate to get Fanta as my barber and she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable, was engaging in conversation, and just overall made the whole experience memorable.

Fanta was amazing professional goes above and beyond taking care hair

Just not for me. My beard was cut in a manner that did not look presentable. I had to recut it when I got home.
My upper lip started bleeding because shears and not a razor was used above my mustache and it had a scab and bled.

Been going to Dimitri for little over a year, great manager and barber. Always a good experience. Employees are friendly and welcoming. Recommended my friend a few months ago and he goes now as well.

Great Job but to expensive wen I walk in I haven’t been there in A while I didn’t ask how much wen I check out it was $44 really + $10 Tip that’s $54 Sorry not going back there. I only ask for Rugler haircut.
