Alexis saw me right away. In the consultation the day before, she made sure that I understood and walked me through a highlight color that I was hoping for. The day of the color she was ready and took the time needed to be sure I was satisfied

The service was terrible and the hairdresser was extremely rude to me during the time at the hair cut. She cut me on the back of my neck and caused micro tears all over

Stylist was fine , was told my appointment was for a different time than what i had on my app , it made no sense , then they acted like they where doing me a favor by " working me in " probably wont go back

My stylist was great. The only thing that I would recommend is maybe oiling the blades on the cordless pair of shears. I felt like it was scraping my neck a little bit. Other than that, great experience.
