I brought my 6yo son in for a messy cut, very popular with the kids. I showed the stylist an example picture of the cut, and he left looking like Alfred E. Newman. I have gone to Floyd’s since 2005 back in CO, but this was so bad I didn’t bring him back for a fix worried it would be more of the same. Bad haircuts happen, but this was just disappointing.

The appointment wasn’t written down after I had to reschedule. But that was ok another stylist (Brook) offered to cut my hair, All worked out well. I am totally satisfied with how Brook handled my appointment and my cut. Thanks Brook

Inflation has been tough on everybody, but I'm still a bit out of sync on the prices for haircuts. That said, I enjoy Floyd's and cant really say what you competition is charging.

I’ve been visiting Brooke for about 7 years. She always listens to my requests and questions and does a great job.

The important factor is that I get a haircut that she thinks is best. In this case you have done very well

We have been going to Floyd’s for years and have a preferred stylist. We showed up to an appointment we booked online, and were told we booked it incorrectly and that the stylist was not there. I accepted it, despite not having messed up online booking in the past. The person at the counter booked another appointment for us for the following week. We showed up and that was also incorrect and our stylist was unavailable. We had to return a THIRD time for a single haircut. Much less likely to book here in the future.

The wait time was minimal. It was easy to make an spinning appointment online. The shop was clean with good vibes.

Saige was great- facility is very nice - I’ll definitely be back.

Amber B. gives an excellent haircut, but on top of that she is so kind and empathetic. I have been dealing with some serious health setbacks and my time in her chair are some of the few really relaxing and pleasant moments that I get.
