Timely, friendly, good haircut

This is the first time we brought our 5 year old in for a haircut and he was clipped in both ears, causing him to bleed and scream and cry. This hasn’t happened so not sure what’s changed here.

My son was very over stimulated going into the haircut. Everyone was so kind and Justine turned the music down a bit, and the girl at the front desk gave him a fidget Rubics cube to focus on and was so so sweet!

The shop is really nice, my son loves his haircut. The stylist did a great job working with him and teaching him how to keep it looking great on his own.

The shop and stylists were great. It just was that the prices were full price basically and I had a 2 year old and a girl’s light trim. Shouldn’t have cost $200+ for all of it.
