The only thing I wish was better was having more staff available. I went in and the place only had 2-3 staff on a weekday. I think if more staff were available then customers wouldnt have to wait as long.

Rayvin at the Brewers Hill location is AMAZING! She is talented, consistent, and professional. After every haircut with Rayvin, my daughter says “I think this is the best haircut I’ve ever had!”

The service was ok, but they were not very attentive to the request I specifically asked for my kids hair. I had to change what they did several times. Also, the environment in the shop was rather off putting. It seemed like the barber was going to do what they wanted with the hair no matter what the client requested.

Easy to get in. Everyone at the shop was welcoming and kind. My kid was there and they were very accommodating.

Friendly and available. My regular barber shop was closed but my boys needed cuts. Em and Julie were fantastic. But Kemmet (probably spelled wrong) absolutely did her thing on my kid with the most difficult hair. Took him home and even mom was impressed. I'll definitely be back 💯

I don’t remember the guys name that cut my hair, but he was really nice and made sure I left there happy. He put a lots of time into making sure that my beard was even out after I messed it up.

Had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time. There were at least 3 stylists sitting while I waited. Then my skin fade was not ever like what I’ve gotten before. It was bare skin so high up in my head. The first move was going from high up and taking all the hair off. After that, no choice but to let the rest of it go

My son and I had an excellent experience. You definitely gained a new customer. Front desk was friendly and attentive. They asked me if I needed anything while my son was getting his hair cut. My son absolutely adored his hair cut. D'Asianay is extremely talented and also has great customer service. We look forward to our future visits. I also think the pricing was great for how detailed my son's hair cut was.

My son’s hair cut is completely uneven and did not look like the picture we showed. He was too embarrassed to ask for it to be fixed and didn’t want to hurt the stylist’s feelings.
