Just not a place that I would recommend to anyone I actually care for

I was quite nervous about cutting my hair as I have long hair and have been growing it out for a long time. Diego put all of my nerves to rest! He was very attentive to my wants and needs and delivered! 10/10 highly recommend Diego!

My barber Jarred was Amazing. He treated me well, he was explaining what he was doing while cutting my hair. Down to earth. Jarred definitely gave me a high end luxury barbershop experience. Jarred is a tremendous asset to the business and a great barber. 10 out of 10

I stopped by for a hair cut with no appointment and there was no wait which was great. Kevin (the staff member cutting my hair) asked what I wanted and I told him a wanted a high skin fade with a finger length trim up top. From the start I could tell Kevin was new or with minimal experience. I remained patient even though the skin fade turned out to be a 0 fade and patchy. When I said that wasn’t a real skin fade and I asked if he could clean up the longer hairs left around my ears tensions rose. He proceeded to shave my neck with a straight razor which I could feel digging then bouncing off my neck. I was displeased, payed for my haircut and left. I returned when I realized the back of my neck was severally irritated and bleeding. I returned and asked for a refund which was granted but the manager downplayed Kevin’s actions. I was not pleased with my haircut but I was as never rude or foul. If you can not take criticism for someone who is displeased with your service and instead provide worse service and injury then a manager should hold their employee accountable instead of blaming it on a dull razor.

I’ve never left once I started at the Broadway location. Over the years, I’ve had three stylists there, and they’ve all been awesome. Floyd’s is one of the few things in life that is consistently dependable and positive.

Your price for a haircut is getting to be too high.

I came in before 4:00 made an appointment for 4:00. Came in, sat down, expecting someone would at least come greet me. Then at 4:10 I asked the counter if I was checked in. Then someone who came in after me was seated. And the stylist who was supposed to see me didn’t even come out from the back? I don’t know who was supposed to cut my hair but the communication here was awful. I can’t believe I went out of the way for thiw

My type of hair cut was exactly like I wanted it.

I am from San Francisco and have used the same barber for 35 years.

I have spent two very long stints 45+ days in Denver and both time went to Floyd’s on Broadway across from Torchy’s Taco.

Both times different barber and they are two of the best cuts I’ve received.

The services dont include a custom setting and the barber/stylist doesnt satisfy the customer needs/requests.

I love being able to book on line and basically walk in without having to wait. And I appreciate the value.

Good location and quick service

They got me in as Walk-in right away and the person that cut my hair did a great job and was very personable.

I recommend Diego to all my friends!!

It was not done in a professional way by a professional team and the cut is without any doubt in my mind the worst I’ve ever had in my life. I’m **** old too so put that on your wall: Worst of 600+\- given maybe 8 cuts per year (conservative est.)
