I've been going to the Burbank location because Melrose has been closed. It's a bit farther, but just down the road from the studio where I sometimes work. It's easy to find and parking is definitely easier than Melrose. Everyone there is very friendly. Still I hope Melrose reopens soon.

I’m having a rough go lately with Floyd’s. My regular stylist there has canceled on me 2x in a row (I don’t think our scheduled align very well is my guess) so I decided I’d go with someone else, Tina, because she was available on the weekend. But this morning I noticed a spot of my hair right along my face that has stripes. I came in to get my roots done with baby lights on my crown and a trim. But I kinda still have roots as the coloring doesn’t match perfectly and a spot that is stripy. I’d like to show someone and get it fixed please.

I had to go to sports clips today to have my haie fixed. First and Last time coming to floyds99.

Wait time was not an issue.
Too expensive for the simple buzz cut and stylist didn’t deliver.

Everyone at Floyd’s on Hollywood Way is always so nice and efficient. And Denise is absolutely terrific. I always ask for her. She immediately puts my mind at ease as she asks the necessary questions to make sure she gives me a haircut I’ll want. And I love how she checks in with me as she is cutting my hair to make sure I understand what the cut I asked for is going to look like. This level of attention to detail and the needs of a customer is why I let Denise do something I have never let anyone else do: trim my eyebrows! My wife was thrilled. Thanks, Denise!

Great haircut

Been looking for a replacement barber as my barber is out for an extended time. Had a really great experience with Richard. It’s a tough transition after building trust with your barber and He made me feel comfortable and gave me a really great cut!

Jessica was great. She was fast but also took the time to answer my questions, asked me about how my hair behaved in the periods between barber visits and adjusted her cut of my hair accordingly. I felt like she actually wanted me to leave looking my best, not just trying to turn me over so she could get another customer in the chair. I'll be back.

We have been coming to Floyd's for years now. I love the service I love the atmosphere. I don't have a specific Barber I like because they're all great and they all have their own style.

My stylist couldn’t quite hear me, rushed through my cut, and took off too much hair. I was visibly upset during and after my cut.

Nice hair cut

I had a very odd experience where the barber wouldn't cut my hair on the sides as short as I asked. I was polite, and said she could go as short as she felt or was comfortable with, but still refused and had me go to a different barber who I was not happy with. Will not return to this location.

I came in for two haircuts for my son and daughter. My son’s haircut turned out great, but unfortunately my daughter’s haircut was very different from what I requested. I had asked for a cut that stayed below her shoulders with slight layers, but much more length was removed and the layers are far more dramatic than I wanted. I can’t tie her hair back any more which I specifically said I wanted to do.
The hairdresser was lovely, but I was disappointed that the haircut didn’t reflect the directions I’d given.
