Great cut at reasonable price

Everyone is friendly and welcoming! Cherry always does so well and makes sure I get exactly what I came in for. Once I even called back when I didn’t end up liking the style I asked to try and someone else fit me in the next day to trim it up, no problem.

Cherry always does a wicked good job with my hair and they even saved the shape of my bangs one time when a different stylist out of state gave me a nonconsensual Bettie Page cut. I kept going here even when I lived all the way out in JP because I've never been as consistently happy with the service as I have been at Floyd's.

Truly one of the (if not THE) best haircut experiences of my life. Not only was Jessica an amazing, attentive, and compassionate stylist, the whole staff seemed so kind and community-oriented. It's a very welcoming and affirming space and I cannot recommend it enough!

The quality of my cuts is so inconsistent. Sometimes it's ok, sometimes it's pretty low attention to detail. Is a gamble. The convenience and vibe Is great though

Keep your prices as budget friendly, you have recently increased your prices so I can't really justify my weekly blow out anymore.

Mackenzie is so wonderful. My husband and children see her for haircuts and she is so kind and skillful and makes everyone feel so comfortable.

The barber did not follow my directions to keep the hair cut more square and trimmed too much on the top sides. Furthermore, on one of the sides the transition from side to top side is uneven. He cut too much around my hair whorl areas so the hair there sticks up when the rest of the hair is styled forward or to the side. At the end, he did I not show me the back of my head.

Pricing is high for what it is

I've been seeing Mackenzie for at least 4-5 years now and I love seeing her! She's fun, personable, and professional. She's always willing to work with my ideas and goals, and help adjust them a bit to accommodate my specific hair type. I've only had to go back once to fix something I didn't like but she was so gracious throughout the whole process.

I made an appointment for my son with Cherry, but the system didn't inform me that she was unavailable. The confirmation read "Cherry". When my son arrived he was seated in Fiona's chair. While I'm sure Fiona is lovely, she isn't Cherry. In addition to that, Fiona spent exactly 7 minutes on my son's haircut. After tip (yes I still tipped because stylists need money) I spent $50 for a 7 minute haircut with a stylist I didn't sign up for. I'm am NOT impressed.
