Great haircuts every time.

The store is well organized. Lisa did a great job on my hair. The cost was fair.

I walked in because I had previously gotten my hair colored by someone who turned it yellow instead of hte platinum blonde that I wanted. Susan quickly greeted me and we shared a laugh when I took off my hat to hear a "whoah" response. Of course I already knew. She got me in right away even though I didn't have an appointment, was super friendly and you can tell she is insanely passionate about what she does. I'll keep coming back for the highlights and the color and the color because she is awesome. Highly recommended.

Sherman gives personal attention. She doesn’t rush through the process.

Well when I got there TVs were off and when i asked someone why are they off she didn’t know so I just there on my phone waiting’s then at the end I asked them again then they said they were not working.

Alex L works at your location. If she didn’t work there Ì wouldn’t recommend your location.

I was frustrated as my appointment started 20 minutes late. However, this was not my stylist’s fault and she actually stepped in so that I could be seen sooner.

My stylist was very professional and thorough and I appreciated that. Great job.

Ashley did a wonderful job of listening to what I was hoping for for a haircut and executing. I am trying to grow my hair out and didn’t want to ruin all the effort I made growing it, but it needed something. I didn’t know what that something was, but she sure did!

I like that they’re real Barbours and can do shaves and true skin fades. Only issue I have is reserving times online. The system has dropped my reservation when I tried to input one for my son and one for me.

I’ve always had pretty good luck with stylists who work for Floyd’s; unfortunately, they don’t seem to stick around for super long (nature of the business I guess); nevertheless, I keep coming back. I rated this shop an 8 because I’m am just now getting familiar with it. I like my new stylist but I don’t hand out perfect scores easily. I’ll see how things go. So far, it’s pretty good.

Very casual atmosphere, the barbers/stylists are excellent, quick check-in/check-out, good value.

She did not blow dry my hair, even though I asked, and now two days later, I see that she did not cut it even in one side is longer than the other

I asked for mustache and eyebrow broom and Floyd’s cut with 6 dollar tip. Was 60 bucks. I think I was over charged and not given the senior discount. If the eyebrows and much ache are extra every time going elsewhere

Last 2 times I have gone, the stylist hasn't listened or hasn't cared and just buzzed my hair anyway. A 3 on top and a 2 on the sides is not a full ****ing buzz cut morons.

Susan B is a wonderful barber, is super fun to talk to, and gives the best recommendations and style tips! She respects my wishes and listens to what I have to say. Truly a magnificent experience!

Great atmosphere, friendly

Came in after open 9:01 am and was told to wait outside because they still had things to take care of. That itself was not a problem - rather the receptionist seem annoyed that I was even there. Came back in after a few minutes to check if I could come in (more customers walked in while I was waiting) and I respectfully asked if it was alright if I came in now - I got three stares and a significant pause before they asked me my name.

Sydney is such great hair stylist. She always is in good mood and listen to all my stories. But she is much more I’m happy to call her my friend and would recommend her to anyone.

I'm older. Many would like a more quieter experience, however, I appreciate the vibe. Some days though it is very loud and not too relaxing...

$38 for a buzz cut. Ridiculous.
