Best haircut I’ve had in years. Not going back to the discount places anymore.

Last 2 times I have gone, the stylist hasn't listened or hasn't cared and just buzzed my hair anyway. A 3 on top and a 2 on the sides is not a full ****ing buzz cut morons.

Susan B is a wonderful barber, is super fun to talk to, and gives the best recommendations and style tips! She respects my wishes and listens to what I have to say. Truly a magnificent experience!

Great atmosphere, friendly

Came in after open 9:01 am and was told to wait outside because they still had things to take care of. That itself was not a problem - rather the receptionist seem annoyed that I was even there. Came back in after a few minutes to check if I could come in (more customers walked in while I was waiting) and I respectfully asked if it was alright if I came in now - I got three stares and a significant pause before they asked me my name.

Sydney is such great hair stylist. She always is in good mood and listen to all my stories. But she is much more I’m happy to call her my friend and would recommend her to anyone.

I'm older. Many would like a more quieter experience, however, I appreciate the vibe. Some days though it is very loud and not too relaxing...

$38 for a buzz cut. Ridiculous.

Susan is the best! Most importantly she’s skilled at her craft. I’ve been looking for years since my other stylist retired to find somebody that could cut my hair the way I liked downside for her as after she cuts it. It grows back so nicely that I don’t need a haircut for a long, long time lol

Brought my son in for a haircut to be ready for a job interview. Explained to the stylist that my kid didn’t want a cut but that I was insisting he look well groomed. She was able to make both of us very happy. He loves his cut and looked good for his interview.

We have a 4 year old autistic child and from the very jump the girl who cut us hair seemed annoyed honestly. He likes to get his hair cut but he can be a bit wiggly. His haircut is awful. I mean literally the worst haircut I’ve ever seen. Super not happy and hate that we paid $30 for it. We will have to take him somewhere else to hopefully fix it.

I would get my hair washed but the sinks never seem very clean. Very big difference in cleanliness to a location like scissors and scotch.

Tessa is just amazing. Nice, comforting, and easy to talk to. She always gives my son amazing haircuts and doesn’t rush the process. She makes my 3 year old feel comfortable and confident.

That’s the best haircut I’ve had in years and Susan was so nice, cool, talkative. I didn’t know getting a haircut could be such a good time.

The people have always been amazing and to this day are wonderful! The atmosphere is super fun. But your prices are officially out of control. I paid $160 w/ tip for a tiny trim off my hair and same for my son. We were both in the chair maybe 10 min. My issue is with Floyd’s the company, the castle rock locations people are amazing!

The prices at Floyds are ridiculous for men’s and children’s haircuts.

Quick, and very good work

The new barber did horrible on my hair l. I had to come home and cut my own hair it looked so bad. My hair wasn’t blended I had long hairs around my ears. I asked him to fix some items for me 2 separate times and after that I was just over it and said it looked ok . So I could leave because I was also there for over an hour. There was no wait at all just haircut time
