Each time we've taken my daughter in (short hair) one of the men turns her away to another stylist and we have to wait.

Well run, efficient operation, kept clean. I had a shampoo, cut, and style by Jim, who is well known by our family. He diagnosed what was wrong with my hair, did a careful cut, and exceeded my expectations. He was also fun to talk to. I will be back.
