Great service.

I had hair down to my nipples. I asked to trim it 3” to my collar bone. She trimmed it ear length. I’m furious. She said it’ll grow to where I want it. Of course, in about a year and a half. Never again.

Staff is always friendly and attentive. They do a great job and I'm always happy with my haircut.

I arrived at my scheduled time and was seen right away. No waiting.

Your team really did make this incredibly easy for me. I came in with my hair and beard long and unkept, said what I generally wanted, and my barber nailed it. The product they recommended is also fantastic. This was my third time coming to this location and I'm a customer for life.

Shop is awesome, first time in. My barber was very kind and I did enjoy talking to her. Hair cut wasn’t bad (or good) but my stylist didn’t spend a lot of time cutting my hair. She may be newer or having an off day which I understand but I wanted to share this feedback regardless.

There wasn’t any texturing done (or offered). I wasn’t asked once if the length was good or if I needed anymore off of the top. I was there at least 30+ minutes and I’d say less than 10 minutes of that was spent on the services. I felt like I was given a very basic cut, as in missing any sort of attention to detail. She didn’t comb my hair once to check for styling and that the length was good Everything was cut once, talk for 2 minutes, cut somewhere else, and repeat until the end.

The guy next to me was there when I be sat down and still there when I left, similar types of hair, and I watched as his barber worked on his hair for 90% of the time. They chatted as well off and on so point being that my barber is lacking some multitasking skills.

My free shampoo was forgotten until we got to the front counter where it was offered to me. I accepted to go back to the chair because I did want it.

It’s always easy to get an appt, I usually sign up same day or previous day after business hours. And I tend to get great cuts.

The simplest scheduling, friendliest, consistent, reliable and easiest way I’ve ever found to keep my hair looking great and taking care of myself.

I've been going to Floyd's for several years now and Trinity has been my stylist. Trinity has a super friendly inviting personality and is always easy to talk with. She welcomes the client's ideas for their hair style, and offers very knowledgeable information with techniques to suit the individual. Overall Trinity is a professional, she's knowledgeable, and people oriented. Trinity has always made getting my hair cut an enjoyable experience.

Everyone working there have great energy. My haircut is hard to explain but Trinity listened really well and I ended with the exact haircut I wanted. I should say that as her father i am more critical than she deserves, but am totally impressed with her work and proud of her at the same time.

Maureen, the barber I had in my opinion is the best barber in the Phoenix area! Not only is she great at doing her job but she has a personality that is just beyond wonderful!

This is probably the last time I will go to Floyd’s. The quality of the haircut has been going down over the years and each one seems to be progressively further from what I asked for.

In this case, I asked for a two or three on the sides and finger length on top, which resulted in a fade. Additionally, my beard trim had asymmetrical lines and inconsistent length. When telling the barber that it was uneven, he said he couldn’t see the difference. I ended up telling him not to worry about it and that I would just fix it myself at home. When checking out, I was told that I had to pay for a “detailed beard trim” instead of a regular, even though no additional work was done after my initial complaint. The explanation for why it was considered a beard trim still doesn’t really make sense to me.
