Was able to get an appointment last minute

It was my first time trying out this place because lots of my people i know said it’s a great place and I wanted a good haircut before school started to feel confident in myself. I told the barber I didn’t know what I wanted and she recommended some things, I thought since she has so much experience I could trust her, I was wrong. I told her I usually like my hair a little fluffy, but once I was done with my service, my hair was flatter than the dirty floor that they don’t clean very well. It’s funny how I was kind of naive to believe that they could give me a haircut that I actually like, cause now my hair is so short that it won’t do anything and I have school pictures tomorrow with this ugly hair. I really thought I could trust her to give me something I can feel satisfied in, but no I would probably do better with cutting my own hair at home. Maybe it was the barber, but I would NOT recommend this place.

Easy to book, good prices, great decor and music.

The place was cold in temp and sterile feeling. The 2 of the 3 staff seemed like they were high. I’ve had better cuts and customer service at sports clips at half the price. This isn’t a statement in all Floyd’s but the manager Katy should be removed if yiu want to improve the place.

The haircut I received was terrible. Very uneven. The barber did not listen well to my requests.

Rakia did an amazing job and was beyond thorough and I left feeling great. Helped me transition to a shaved head from balding and really enjoyed my session.

I had to go back, there was a large spot in the back of my head that did not get cut and it was cut uneven. After going back it was still not right, my wife did the best she could to fix it. I went to a different hair stylist to have it fixed

This was my first visit to Floyd's and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Nice staff and great setting.

Last couple hair cuts I received have been very rushed, less than 15 minutes, and as result the cut is uneven and I find long hairs that were missed.

Morgan is delightful and highly skilled. She is soooo good with my neurodivergent son AND my elderly father in law with dementia. We look forward to seeing her! I love the rock and roll vibe, the posters, and the music as well. Prices are very reasonable.
