The only negative is that I had to wait too long sitting & waiting for my pre-scheduled appointment

Who is the second time in a row? I came in and got my haircut. It's pretty easy haircut. It's just a fade and for whatever reason I can't get a good fade done there so I was very disappointed.

I think the loud hip-hop music is very inappropriate. I’ve been coming here for years. I’m considering not coming back because of the fact that this music is loud and obnoxious.

Gracie was fantastic. The work she does manages my wife’s hair for about 6 months. She is also great at moving from military haircuts to civilian current styles. She does amazing work.

I've never had a bad experience here, I love the atmosphere of the place and everyone is always friendly.

Keep a consistent staff. In the past 6 months ive seen the staff change time and time again. Ive seen good barbers leave and its probably because they could probably be treated and paid a little better. When I pay 50 dollars for a haircut I shouldnt see constant turn over of staff. That should be plenty of money coming in to keep staff happy. If there is something past money maybe then its time to look at policies.

The barber was very nice but wasn’t able to do a basic fade. I had a sharp line in my hair and had to go to another barber to fix it.

Asked for length to be right at the collarbone. She cut it too short. Cut is also uneven, left side is longer than the right.

I brought my 4 boys in and I told both Paige and the other girl (I totally forgot her name 😔 but I think it started with a K). Paige had my 2 youngest boys. I asked for a high taper fade, to make the cowlick blend and to make it look good when it lays forward because that’s what their hair wants to do. My older two boys were with the other girl. They both wanted two different hair styles. My oldest wanted to keep his length (shoulders) but out of his eyes, so we decided on a sick 80s style mullet. My other son wanted a medium fade with the top about an inch above his eyebrows. He also has a really bad cowlick so I asked her to make it look good and be able to lay down nicely. They both exceeded expectations. We’ve lived here almost 2.5 years and have tried several different barbershops and this the first place both the boys and I all agreed to come back too.

Came in for a shave. While the initial (and only) towel was hot, both rounds of shaving cream were ice cold so when reapplied after the hot towel it completely negated the purpose of the hot towel entirely.

The barber sliced my nostril with the razor while trying to shave my cheek. Then later sliced the cheek.

There was no 2nd round shave or even any spot check clean up. Entire parts of my neck and upper lip were missed and was not a close shave at all.

Waste of time, will not be back.

Everyone there is very welcoming and professional. They seem knowledgeable about the styles and best way to do them, as well as willing to help each other out which is nice to see anywhere. I have gotten my haircut here multiple times and have had no complaints
