Almost every time I've been there with my spouse we have both left extremely disappointed with our haircuts, across multiple different stylists. The atmosphere is good but the skills just aren't there especially for the price.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve had.

I went to Floyd’s yesterday for a haircut and ended up stopping the barber midway through because I was so uncomfortable with how the cut was progressing. The barber seemed very unsure of what he was doing, and as the haircut continued, I became increasingly concerned about the result.

I ultimately decided I would rather leave with an unfinished haircut than allow it to continue. What had already been cut was uneven and crooked, and I’ll now have to go somewhere else to have it corrected.

I understand that everyone has different levels of experience, but as a customer, I need to be able to trust that the person cutting my hair is confident and competent in what they’re doing. Unfortunately, I did not have that confidence here.

It was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience, and based on this visit, I’m unlikely to return to Floyd’s.

I like the atmosphere, music, stylist. Most Floyd’s personnel know me. Can’t say enough.

Service was fantastic. Marci did a great job getting me looking good for my big interview. Price was awesome too.

My haircut needed to be fixed by someone else

Got one of the worst haircuts of my life. Didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home. Rushed and choppy haircut.

My sty

Usually, every barber I’ve gone to has been able to do a simple straight razor fade. This last one was terrible. When I got home the fade was horrendous to where my wife had to try and fix it. Very disappointing.

Had an appointment at 6:25 P.M. I showed up slightly early and ended up having to wait until about 6:35 to get my haircut. The problem was that one of the workers obviously asked the others if they wanted to do a cut and you could see them clearly say no, and than they sat in their barber chair on their phone. My barber that I had was great and super kind, the other people in the shop seem to kind of treat him poorly though and they seem to push customers they don’t want to do onto him. But more money for him 🤷‍♂️

Lauren is the best barber I have had, hands down.

I already did by bringing my husband in after my first visit last year.

Nothing was wrong, I suffer from ADHD and the amount of chaotic pictures, TV's, and music going was over stimulating.

Provided a wonderful cut & enjoy the environment.

Who is the second time in a row? I came in and got my haircut. It's pretty easy haircut. It's just a fade and for whatever reason I can't get a good fade done there so I was very disappointed.

I think the loud hip-hop music is very inappropriate. I’ve been coming here for years. I’m considering not coming back because of the fact that this music is loud and obnoxious.

Gracie was fantastic. The work she does manages my wife’s hair for about 6 months. She is also great at moving from military haircuts to civilian current styles. She does amazing work.

Front desk personnel should give an estimated wait time even when customer has an appointment. Stylist was a gem.
