The quality of the haircuts I've received have been solid for the 8+ years I've been going to Floyd's. I've been seeing the same stylist for over two years now - Alba at the Clybourn location in Chicago & she is the best! It's a quick 20-25 min & I always leave with a great cut. Highly recommend!

This appointment was 10-15 late. It's not just me either, I've asked other guys waiting and they all say they have to wait at least 10 minutes past their appointment time like me. My first appointment at this location, I had to wait 25 minutes until finally I got offered another barber. No comp, no discount at checkout, not even an apology. When I checked in yesterday at 2:40 for my 2:40 appt, the guy told me it would be 10-15minutes before I got my haircut and acted like it was a normal thing. No apology, nothing.
