Great service/cut/conversation

Very easy to set an appointment and at the tune I wanted

Went way higher up on my neck then I realized, my wife and friends all laughed at me when I got home. Was embarrassed to go to work.

Staff was friendly, so I feel bad leaving this review, but honestly, I won’t ever be coming back. The barber kept me turned sideways for most of the cut and never really used the mirror, which confused me, until the end, when I was asked to check the result and realized I couldn’t see much anyway because the mirror was so dirty.

Once I got home, it was clear the cut wasn’t good. The sideburns were uneven, and there was a large patch of long hair left in the back that my girlfriend ended up trimming for me. I’d also shown a picture of a fade for reference, but instead got a single-length cut around the back and sides with a scissor cut on top and poor blending. They churned me through in less than 15 minutes and charged me $45 for a cut that was worse than when I used to go to a $20 shop.

I always get a good haircut at Floyd’s

Seth was a total vibe. I told him “professional but trashy, slutty but cute” and I walked out looking like a high school history teacher who hustles. Smelling like I did when I used to mix my shower gels, and feeling like I should be behind the wheel of a Pontiac Aztek listening to Bob Seger. I can’t stop taking my hat off and staring at myself in the rear view mirror, it’s becoming unsafe. Super happy. Will be back.

Overpriced, rushed, hair was cut shorter then I asked and cut a little differently then I wanted. Hair looked terrible.i hate getting anyone in trouble but you asked so im telling you.

The haircut was ok. His clippers left a long red mark on my neck. He felt really bad.

I went in for a haircut, showed the barber what I wanted. He basically forced me into a shampoo after I said I did not ask for this. Then, cut my hair much shorter than I had asked. I had really long hair past my shoulders, he reduced it to less than 2 inches. I am really disappointed and frustrated. I went back and another barber tried to fix it. It is still way beyond repair now. I need a refund.

This is the second time I’ve been served by someone inexperienced who ruined my hair; they didn’t do what I asked for, yet they still charged me $45—plus a $5 tip, bringing the total to $50. My friends had warned me that this could happen there, but I didn’t listen to them. I feel like I wasted my money, because they really didn’t do what I wanted with my hair.

Some of your stylists are great, some not so much. Since it's inconsistent I probably wouldn't recommend.

out of the probably 100 times ive been to any floyds location, just think ive been disappointed with cut once, nd that was probably 10 years ago.

the whole experience from start to finish

Michael was very pleasant and did a great job cutting my hair. I left feeling very satisfied with my haircut. I have been going to Floyd's for over 20 years and have had some problems with bad haircuts at the Broadway and 11th location. I decided to stop going there. I am glad I found my new location and a new barber to cut my hair. Thank you Michael .

I loved my stylist (Tammy - Colfax and Josephine Denver CO) creativity, initiative, courage and beauty. She took my idea of a style and created something beyond my imagination. The best haircut I've ever had. Props to her and Floyds for hiring her!! Love all you do.

Micheal T is my normal hair stylist. Samantha filled in great. Michael T has had a tough time of it lately. He is a loyal Floyd's employee and is my Favorite. Tammy is great also. We need to drive more business to this location. I would hate to see it close.

Messed up everything cut my neck ruined my full beard had to shave completely off and cut the top of my hair a lot shorter than I had asked worst haircut I e ever got in my entire life.

Be more timely; shop had to find a replacement as mine was a no- show. Replacement, however, was very good.

Brian G was warm welcoming and was a great conversationist, he made me feel like he actually cared to talk to me rather than it just being his job. His explanations helped calm me on a very large cut for the first time in my life and it came out amazing. 5 ⭐️
