I booked a full service shampoo, cut and blow dry and I was getting ready for an interview the next morning. My stylist seemed really rushed, and she asked if I wanted my hair dried and before I could respond she told me her hair dyer was broken so I felt like I had to no it is fine if you don't. I showed her an image of what I wanted for a cut and once my hair dried at home it doesn't look anything like it and she cut way more length off then I wanted - by the time I left I just wanted to leave I felt so uncomfortable. I paid for my cut and for my leave-in conditioner. I don't feel comfortable going back to ask for a modification. At this point I would appreciate a refund for the cut.

I have been coming to Floyd's for years. I would recommend Floyd's if a conversation about haircuts ever came up.

Jo was awesome. I appreciated how efficient she was but also welcoming. It felt a bit like the corporate requirements of Floyd’s were getting in the way of her being able to fully use her extensive experience, though.

I am fairly new to area. I have a receeding hairline. Melissa was respectful and meticulous with the way I try to hide/camoflouge it. She is awake and I will definitely return.

I've been coming there for the past 7 years. Last time I was there, the hair stylist rushed and seemed to not care about their work (my hair). I left feeling like I might look foolish. Good thing I just don't GAF too much. Most of your stylists are good at what they do, though. Not sure if I'll be back.

She recommended changing my shampoo, which I am going to try Floyd’s shampoo and conditioner, but she also recommended other products. No pushy sales pitch or anything.

Everyone who works there is super fun and friendly. We booked two spots last minute and were cheerfully served. Plus I gave Jo almost zero help to figure out what kind of haircut I wanted but she NAILED it. I am SO happy with how it turned out. It’s exactly what I wanted and I feel awesome.

Kristen was amazing! Needed a great cut before going back to work, and fades can be difficult for some barbers due to my thick hair but Kristen did an amazing job.
