I’ve been seeing Cathy K for almost three years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, even with about an hour drive each way.
She’s consistently friendly, listens closely to what I want, and offers thoughtful advice to help with the decision. She also takes the time to recommend the right products for my hair, which has made a real difference. The results are always excellent and exactly what I was hoping for.

Cathy is the best. She always does a fantastic job. From my head shave when finished looks like a mirror to the beard trim which always make me look like a new man. Cathy is so personable, always great conversation. I would 100% recommend her for all services.

First I was was told I was being charged extra to have my sideburns cut which is dumb because no other barber shop does that and on top of the up charge I was told my hairline wasn’t going to be done because she was on a timer and It was my sideburn or hair line so I picked my sideburns because I’m paying extra already then the entire time my hair was being cut the lady hands were shaking only holding the clippers steady when she was using both hands and somehow she cut both side unevenly and when I brought it up she said my time was up but if she didn’t waste the time wrapping my face in that Hot towel and using the massage gun I’d have my hairline and my hair cut evenly especially for 61 dollars

It was easy to book, got checked right in and waited for less than a minute! Plus they had a nice promotional fundraiser to help with diabetes, but didn’t hit you over the head with it. Nice hot towel on my face during the shampooing, and strait razor shave on my neck!

Our appointment was at 10:38. We arrived and checked in at 10:30. My son finally received his haircut at 11:25. Not a lot of urgency, which just put the rest of the day behind.

When I asked the manager, she blamed the stylist for being notoriously slow which was likely the case, but…she’s your employee? This is your store. My appreciation for Floyd’s diminished quite a bit, after being a customer for years. Very little empathy…even an “I’m really sorry, we understand you’ve been waiting so long” would have been appreciated.

Hair cuts done in 16 mins and very poorly done and not even alcohol used after the shave. Useless place

I booked a full service shampoo, cut and blow dry and I was getting ready for an interview the next morning. My stylist seemed really rushed, and she asked if I wanted my hair dried and before I could respond she told me her hair dyer was broken so I felt like I had to no it is fine if you don't. I showed her an image of what I wanted for a cut and once my hair dried at home it doesn't look anything like it and she cut way more length off then I wanted - by the time I left I just wanted to leave I felt so uncomfortable. I paid for my cut and for my leave-in conditioner. I don't feel comfortable going back to ask for a modification. At this point I would appreciate a refund for the cut.

I have been coming to Floyd's for years. I would recommend Floyd's if a conversation about haircuts ever came up.
