Kerrie (sorry if I spelled it wrong) gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had in my life. I’m lucky I was one of the last people of the day. I’m very particular about my hair and she took her time even asking for opinions of her colleagues to make sure they were seeing the same thing. I told her while sitting there “your attention to detail is elite!” And I meant it. If your hair is important to you, and you want a haircut that makes you feel like a million bucks after, ask for Kerrie!

Fast service at the counter and Eugene is a great stylist who’s been cutting my hair for years.

Floor was dirty with hair clippings, even by the waiting area chairs. Music is very loud.

I have had very inconsistent cuts at Floyd’s. Sometimes good, sometimes (like this most recent cut) left me crying when I got home. Overall, could be good but I never know what I’ll get

I asked for a tapered fade with a trim on top. My hair was cut way too short on top. I even showed a picture of what I was wanting. Totally disappointed.

You started by bringing Courtnee back as a stylist and Cam at the Front. That felt like coming back home. They are both fantastic at what they do. They represent the Floyds brand so well!

My person was awesome! She listened to my vision and took the time to do it right. On top of me coming in later in the evening. Acelynn was great.

My stylist was excellent. He wasn't too quick, which I can't stand when someone rushes, and he took his time and was very dialed in to how he was cutting my hair.

Joslin was awesome! She did a great job while being friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend and will be back again.

Wanted a shave as well as a haircut but it was not available for some reason the barber did a good job on my hair but no shave available and no shampoo out at end of the cut I

The cut I received was terrible. Several spots were missed and I had to clean them up at home. I would have returned to have it fixed, but the stylist cut my hair much shorter than I asked for and I did not want any more length removed.

We had a 5:30 appointment and were not seen until 6:15. It was almost 7:00 before we were out of there. Barely an apology offered

I had the worst haircut of my life here. Despite the barber claiming to have over 20 years of experience, he completely botched my hairline, pushing it back and shaving into areas that were unnecessary. It was so bad that I actually missed a planned event because I was so dissatisfied with the result. I cannot recommend this place, and I’d specifically advise against seeing the barber who claims decades of experience but doesn't listen to the client’s needs

I have been bringing my son here for years. He has disabilities and they have all done a good job with him. Until this last Friday. The blonde with the pink highlights acted as if she had never cut a humans hair before. I almost stopped her and was going to ask the other woman to take over. She needs more training before she is with customers. WTF.

Unfortunately the quality has fallen off a cliff… really sad to see. Over the past year, I had to start anticipating having to go in twice to get my cut right. I have no idea what happened to this place.

Consistency. Have only had like 1 or 2 bad haircuts since you opened at Cornerstar

I didn't notice at first but the haircut I received was very uneven. I had a 1 gaurd in the sides. Hairs and sections were missed. The line was bad. I had to pay for another person to fix the haircut. It was very disappointing considering the amount I paid for this service. The eyebrow waxing was decent and the shampoo service was good.The Barber was nice and friendly and was nice to talk with. Maybe it was just an off haircut for them but I don't think I would go back to or recommend this Barber shop though.
