I've been to other stores, and now only go to this one.

I get a decent haircut here about 60% of the time.

I hope the other stylists are better than the man I got but I can’t recommend at all based on my personal experience.

Beth cut one of my daughter’s hair and was amazing , Acelynn didn’t finish the cut but still charged me full price , I plan to make a complaint. She tried her best but other clients were waiting , we should have received a discount - she said come back another day so she can fix it - my daughter cried in the car

This is my first visit back after graduating college, and it's just as good as i remember. The haircuts I get are always quality, and the vibe is lively. I've already recommended a few family/friends to this shop.

My stylist did an amazing job and it was a fantastic experience.

I asked for low taper fade with 1 inch off top back and a little bit off the side. Ended up with 3 inches off top, almost everything off the back, side completely off with a high taper fade. Took me 6 months to grow my hair out this long, went in for a small fade and little cleanup, came out with completely reset progress.

We waited a long time while other stylist were just kinda hanging around. Maybe they don’t like doing kids cuts bc they’re less expensive. Not sure.

Kerrie (sorry if I spelled it wrong) gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had in my life. I’m lucky I was one of the last people of the day. I’m very particular about my hair and she took her time even asking for opinions of her colleagues to make sure they were seeing the same thing. I told her while sitting there “your attention to detail is elite!” And I meant it. If your hair is important to you, and you want a haircut that makes you feel like a million bucks after, ask for Kerrie!

Fast service at the counter and Eugene is a great stylist who’s been cutting my hair for years.

Justin was great. You can tell he takes pride in his craft. He listened to what I wanted and did his best to execute. I will be returning for his excellent service

Floor was dirty with hair clippings, even by the waiting area chairs. Music is very loud.

I have had very inconsistent cuts at Floyd’s. Sometimes good, sometimes (like this most recent cut) left me crying when I got home. Overall, could be good but I never know what I’ll get

I asked for a tapered fade with a trim on top. My hair was cut way too short on top. I even showed a picture of what I was wanting. Totally disappointed.

You started by bringing Courtnee back as a stylist and Cam at the Front. That felt like coming back home. They are both fantastic at what they do. They represent the Floyds brand so well!

My person was awesome! She listened to my vision and took the time to do it right. On top of me coming in later in the evening. Acelynn was great.

My stylist was excellent. He wasn't too quick, which I can't stand when someone rushes, and he took his time and was very dialed in to how he was cutting my hair.

Joslin was awesome! She did a great job while being friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend and will be back again.
