Not a good experience. Will not return. Had her neck shavers just sitting in the sink dirty when I arrived.

The overall experience was great, and I liked the hair cut alot, the only thing is the back wasn't perfectly aligned, unfortunately 😕

Aime was awesome. Very easy to be around. She is interesting and cool to talk with. I am basic - just a buzz... but great shaping around the perimeter, perfect length, very relaxing shampoo.. all much appreciated. Also did a straight edge shave, Aime was very gentle and thorough. That was truly a lovely a meditation on detail and attention. I hope to make this a refreshing ritual every few months.

I asked for a low skin fade. The guy walks to the front desk and talks with the lady and comes back and gives me a fade but not even close to a skin fade. Doesn’t say anything to me the whole time. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend.

My haircut was efficient but also the barber took his time and made sure everything was right.

Brian, my stylist did an amazing job. He took his time even though my hair length and style is very basic. Using both clippers and scissors. Will definitely request him again in about 5 weeks.

I had a specific request for a change to my hair style, and Brian did a good job executing that. We also had a nice conversation while he was doing the haircut.

The service here is always the perfect balance and professional and low key.

Felt like a careless haircut, very quick 15 minutes maybe with uneven cuts, missed spots and hardly any length taken off. It was hard to tell during the appt. because my hair was wet but it was hardly cut and I honestly need another haircut at this point.

I feel so bad for not getting the stylist name but I mistakenly made an appointment on the wrong day and went in. It was an appointment for my son to get a haircut for his kindergarten graduation, she fit him in even though she should have already been gone for the day. She also took her time with his haircut and did a great job. She made his graduation day so much better because of her kindness.

My hairstylist barely paid attention to what i asked for and the pictures i showed her. I got an very basic cut which is not what I was expecting. She also upsold me on services by asking if I wanted them without ever mentioning they cost extra. I will not be coming back.

Pricing was not transparent. Services were done when they were not needed.

I always enjoy the service and the friendly staff. I usually book my haircuts during my lunch so it's nice to relax for a bit before I head back office.

Amie G is great. Would 11/10 recommend her to anyone needing a haircut in Costa Mesa. She does a really good job with little direction and makes my hair look great every time I leave. -Kevin
