Great vibes, decent price, fantastic haircuts

They gave good customer service. It was my first time and the reason why I went was to see if the massage part was real and indeed is true.

Rob is amazing. He is the first barber I've had that I make appointments specifically with.

It is really hit or miss with your stylists - some are good and some or avg/ below avg

First stylist messed up the cut pretty bad. But the manager took me to side and asked me if I was happy with it and I said no, and she fixed it up for me.

The ambiance is great, not a long wait time and friendly staff.

Stylist really listened to my son and was extremely patient with him! He’s still learning how to fully express how he wants his hair and she was so kind to him. We will 100% be booking with her again and recommending her!

The stylist was mean to me and didn’t really listen. She kinda made fun of me when I misunderstood her and then she asked me to put the hair how I wanted it and then told me I had to wear the hair cut a certain way and the way I wanted to wear it was wrong or “country” in her words

I normally use the Annapolis location, but with availability I had to use the Crofton location to get a cut before my daughter’s graduation. I get a skin fade with the top scissor cut every time. My whole head was cut with clippers before I could stop it. I will never return to the crofton location.

Customer service was ok. Cut was uneven.

Cut was not what we asked for. We had to take my kid to another barber just to fix the monstrosity of a cut he got. Did not do a single thing we asked. My son was in tears when we got home.

Tamera was friendly and helped me pick out products. The haircut and shampoo were excellent. I’m very happy with the results.

Very friendly staff, very professional, dry clean establishment, work great with small children. They are great to accommodate one when one needs to come in.

The barbershop attitude was very unpleasant from our initial interaction. He was very curt and rude. While he did correct his attitude by the end of the interaction, my kid's hair was still unevenly cut. I tipped well but will never come back to this place again.

Maybe it was the time of my appointment but I would have thought someone would have been at the desk to check us in when we arrived. Though once the owner found out that my wife had Alzheimer's she took her time and gave her the care she needed
