I wasn’t happy with the haircut. It looks like that particular hairstylist didn’t have an expirience or skills to do the medium length hair cut, standard “gentlemen cut” with scissors, may be a bit more training needed for that. The overall treatment, atmosphere and personnel were great, just a bit more training needed to handle broader variety of man hair styles.

My Barber was nice, but she totally misunderstood what I was saying and cut my hair too short even when I told her clearly I did not want it too short. This is not the first time that Store is messing up my hair. Unfortunately, I will never be back and I will not recommend it to anyone either.
