Hadn’t been to a barber in years, and hadn’t had a haircut in at least a year, so needless to say I was in dire need of a haircut. I scheduled an appointment online (very easy), and when I showed up I was greeted immediately and felt very welcomed. The barber that I was assigned was very polite and seemed to be very experienced. I had a specific mid-length cut in mind, and provided a few reference photos. They took a look and got right to work. Within 20 minutes or so I looked like a new man. And it was very affordable as well! Will definitely be returning here in the future.

I had a 925a appointment but I wasn’t seated until 940a which I found extremely annoying.

Made two appointments at the same time for my kids days beforehand. Specifically asked for stylist who had experience with kids. When we got there only one was ready. We waited 30 minutes before asking to be placed with someone else because one kid was now done and the other wasn’t going to be able to wait any longer. Why would my appointment be given away to someone else??? I was beyond annoyed. Also the game arcade was broken which was the only reason my son wanted to come to this barbershop.

Atmosphere is fun, stylists are friendly AND talented!

I asked for a full head shave. When I walked out of there I still had stubble on my head. I had to go home and shave it myself. What’s the point of paying 60 for something I have to do myself??

It’s not about disappointing it’s more consistency, I have gone there 4 different times and each time it’s crazy different and my hair and beard are never done the same. You guys are close and I work crazy hours so it is what it is.
