I was greeted when I walked in and when I returned for my appointment. Each person I interacted with was friendly and attentive and my appointment ended with the perfect hair cut.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was fast and cut was good. Stylist was not very personable. My son said “she didn’t talk to me at all” Price was high for a kid cut and took less than 15 min.

Always a great experience, Lyndsie is amazing! Always leave looking and feeling my best self!

I had to go somewhere else and get my haircut fixed and pay $35 in addition to the $50 I already spent with you. I believe my stylist was very new as she didn’t blend any of my hair so it looked worse than when I went in.

Appointment right on time, Lyndsie listened to what I was wanted, checked to be sure we were on track along the way and confirmed at the end.

Great location and friendly people. Seems like all stylists are on time and enjoy their clients.

I don’t do reviews ever but I feel like I have to share that Trisha gave me the worst haircut I have ever received. I got back home and everything was uneven. She was nice but rushed through my haircut in 10 minutes. I have maybe one of the easiest cuts to get and she still managed to mess multiple things up. Went to a different Floyd’s and whoever tried to fix me up said “this is a horrible job”. Messed up a simple scissor cut and a 1. Messed it up so bad that I have to wait a couple of weeks for my hair to grow to get it fixed. Will gladly pay $30 extra at a different barber shop let alone recommend Floyd’s as a whole to anyone. I will never come back to this location or any Floyd’s. This place sucks, stay away.

I had an appointment but was almost 10 minutes late when I got into the chair and the stylist that cut my hair seemed to be just standing around and talking.

I always have a good experience when I go her for my haircuts, but David blew this one out of the water!

I get consistently good haircuts at Floyd’s DTC and staff are friendly and pleasant.

Both stylists were wonderful. Great haircuts for our kids and Mike at the front is kind and helpful.

I came in as a walk-in so my expectation was super low. I spoke with Michael and he didn’t have any availability until hours later. I totally understood and was ready to leave.
At the last minute, Lynn had a cancellation and Michael was able to get me in with only having to wait maybe 20 minutes.

Lynn could not have been any kinder or professional! She was friendly, talkative and gave me some parking advice in the Cherry Creek area.

Lindsie is the best stylist, so glad she got promoted- as long as she is at the DTC location I will not be getting my hair cut anywhere else.

I come to this location for Lonnie. He actually cares about his work and quality. He’s not trying to be the fastest or rush through people. He gives quality cuts even to kids. Followed him from the Glendale location and will follow him if he ever leaves this location.

Not only a high price for a standard cut but it was one of if not the worst haircut I’ve ever received. When working at a men’s barbershop you should be capable of cutting a fade and not messing up so much you have to push the top line way higher than it’s supposed to be.

The shop level is a ten; the app, however, is old and needs updating. At least, it should remember my preferences. I shouldn't have to scroll to choose the location of my shop. Rhea has cut my hair for more than a year; it should offer me her schedule, not ask to choose a stylist from a list. It should offer to set up my next appointment. Floyd's 99 app is arcane.

I get in, get my hair cut and get out. It's a great experience and I pay a premium for this service since I don't have much hair left.

whoever trisha is at floyds dtc needs to be fired. genuinely cant follow directions and violated me. how do i show a picture of a textured frindge and then u buzz my entire back into high line. genuinely was a loyal customer for years but TRISHA ****ed me up soo bad im genuinely never coming here again.
