The barbers are hit or miss; I would recommend specific barbers but not the business generally.

Sometimes the other stylish seem a bit pretentious/political. I just would like a haircut, not to be judged on my opinions about society. My stylish is fine but when I’ve seen the others, that’s the vibe I get.

This is hard to explain but what it comes down to is I should have spoken up and asked for someone that could understand me fully because then they could have cut my hair the way I was asking because he did not understand me and had to keep talking thru others he wasn’t given the correct opportunity to cut my hair the way I was asking and understand me

My barber was so nice extremely polite heard all of the requests and followed through with doing the absolute best 10 out of 10

My stylist was very personable and welcoming to me as a first-time, kind of elderly client 🤗

Stylist didn’t really listen to what I wanted, didn’t seem like she wanted to cut my hair, I felt annoying when trying to explain so I hurried to explain and showed pictures told her exactly what I didn’t want and had me turned away from the mirror the whole time and only showed me the back when she was done and I had to ask to look in the mirror and she had done everything I told her I didn’t want even when I sat in the chair clearly upset she didn’t offer any help and looked more annoyed I wasn’t getting up to pay just felt very uncomfortable the whole time

Robert was patient and reassuring to my 7 year old. Robert listened to his preference, checked in during the haircut to ensure he understood, and was thorough in providing what my child was asking for.

Lots to like, Junior was great & did a nice job. Scheduling was pretty easy and convenient online. My big complaint is the space itself and the din. Music is so subjective. I don’t pretend to know what others like and I wish you guys would do the same. To my taste your music is mainstream crap and having to shout over it suck’s. If you have to play something fine but does it need to be at a volume that would earn you an OSHA citation.

The issue I have is that the listed cost for my service is $40 in the store but I’m realizing that I have been paying $42 each time. I used to pay $38 for the same person. The quality has not changed she is just now in a higher pay bracket.

When I sat down to get a haircut, the barber took a picture of my bald spot and showed it to me. I’m already aware I’m balding, I have no idea why they did that. They kept saying they couldn’t do anything about it, but I never asked them to do something about my bald spot, I just wanted a haircut. No idea why they felt the need to take a picture and try to shame me for something I’m not ashamed of. It was a very confusing and off putting experience. After telling them I just wanted a haircut that would look good, they gave me a haircut without really asking me any more questions or checking in on decisions at all.

I prefer to get my haircut on my schedule and not a stylist’s schedule. I can count on everyone who works this Floyd’s location to give me a fantastic haircut regardless of who I see. I have never had a bad haircut.
