I experienced one poor haircut a couple of years ago. My constructive feedback was heard and the management provided me excellent service, even suggesting a stylist that may be better suited to my hair. I’ve been using that stylist for over two years now.

I brought my son for a buzz cut. The stylist shaved off half of his eyebrow. When I complained to her about it, she denied doing it. Now my son is walking around with a half-shaved eyebrow. I know it will grow and it will be ok, but I was astonished the hair stylist would lie to my face.

This was our first time here, and we had a great experience, from booking over the phone, to the front desk staff, to the barber (Travis) himself. Fantastic experience all around!

Julia gave me a great gender affirming buzz cut

I made a reservation for just a buzz cut and shampoo, but the Headliner started in on a too-short beard fade (which I learned later was extra $) and then after the buzz cut rushed me out of the chair. I didn't get the shampoo I asked for but she said the hot towel she placed on my scalp took away all the hair? Lol I had hair all over my scalp, hands, and t-shirt. Pretty bad experience. I will not go again to the mosaic location.

My barber was great! Slightly expensive cut, but very happy with the level of service.
