Jaclyn is our favorite! She always listens to the boys on what style they want. She helps them style it and gives suggestions of the best products to use.

Awesome friendly staff. I had an 730 pm appointment and they acted like they just opened instead of rushing and trying to get me out of there.

It's obvious that this is the place to come when one wants a very trendy and current hairstyle. The decor and advertising are geared toward the college demographic. I felt a bit awkward being there aside from being in Elsa's chair.

Booked for a head shave, beard trim, and massaging shampoo. Head shave was simply done with electric trimmers, bear trim and line up was half assed, did not get the wash (was also not charged for it). Received no razor shave or anything advertised with the services I scheduled. Horrible 1st experience and will not return or recommend.

I always get a great haircut and outstanding service.

Young stylist who might be technically proficient but exhibited poor listening skill, and judgement. Shown 3 photos and asked if that cut was possible. Normal cut with part on top. During cut observed excessive amont of hair removed, and it just got shorter.

It was very queer friendly, and they knew what I wanted within a timely manner.

The stylist listened to what I wanted. She took the time to make sure it looked right and I liked it. She was very good at her job. She offered me advice on product that I could get for my hairstyle.
