Easy to book, great barber

Very convenient to our home. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Same day apointment and no wait time.

Fast service, reasonable price, and an excellent haircut.

The receptionist was great! But the barber messed up my hair. I have pictures to show how he made my hard line not connected to my old one. Which has left a large portion of low cut hair compared to my longer parted hair. I also requested and paid for a ball fade. Where I did not receive a bald fade. And I paid and scheduled for a beard trim, where he cut part of my mustache a different size than the other. This was an absolute AWFUL experience. I should have waited for my barber versus thinking Floyds would have a barber who knows how to cut hair. I am very disappointed!

I would definitely recommend if you wanted a haircut. She did a great job. Disappointed in the quick shave. I will probably give it another chance with a barber shave.

I was a walkin and they hit me taken care of immediately

My stylist did ask how I wanted my hair but that was the end of our conversation. She did not ask where I wanted my sideburns and at the end I mentioned wanting them very short. She claimed she had done that but had not. Also my hair looked okay after she blew it dry and styled it, but it doesn't look good just combed.

Linden was very hospital. My go to from now on.

Ruben listens to exactly what I want and he delivers a perfect cut each and every time! Just today I was stopped in the airport by strangers on two occasions - they thought my cut perfectly suited my face…. That’s amazing!

The neck massage is a lost benefit thay was great branding and experience. Yall charge a premium over other walk-in type places and those touches are the value. Not doing it, I can GI to great clips
Or other like that and get a similar hair cut. Same comments on kneck shave. You used to automatically donit, then it became rhey asked if we wanted it done. Now they don’t ask or do most the time.

I am normally pretty satisfied with my haircut here. My normal barber is no longer there and I had a new one. He took a long time to cut my hair and I am pretty disappointed in it

Your barber did not know how to do a normal man’s haircut where you cut the top to a length and then taper to the sides and thin out if necessary. He was really nice but not trained in a normal old school haircut.7

My colleague recommended Floyd's 99 to me. Floyd's 99 is conveniently located. I can stop by for a haircut on the way home during the week and won't have to wait until Saturday. I appreciated the quiet, clean atmosphere. The young man who greeted me upfront and took my payment was professional and courteous. Toya was my barber. The warm towel was a nice touch. Toya listened to me while I explained the style I wanted. She described how she would cut my hair. Toya was very efficient, pleasant and professional. The young man who was the barber two chairs over from Toya was pleasant and professional as well. I really appreciate my colleague's recommendation.
