I made an appointment for 5:30, I arrived 15 minutes early. I wasn’t seen until 6. I don’t hold against not being seen early, but making a customer wait 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment is not good.

Stylist was very nice ( I am in wheelchair), she was a very good stylist and I will be back.

Andrea is great and styles my hair the way I like it.

I fell in love with my barber. She is everything I love. Conversation was fulfilling and meaningful. She was very confident about her opinion about my look which I respected and appreciated.

It’s a convenient location for a barbershop chain I have used in several regions. Always decent.

Most of the services previously included with the cost of a cut are now additional charges. They were things that set you apart and now it seems like more concern is placed on getting guests in a chair & out the door as quickly as possible

Easy to schedule, little to no wait.

I never set an appointment because I never what my work schedule will be, and they always get me with just a few minutes.

Service has always been good and even welcoming. I’m a bald guy with a beard and Floyd’s has helped gain confidence in my beard.

Absolute WORST haircut EVER and the barber had 2 chances. Both with inspo pics shown ONE HAD STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS he CHOPPED my kids hair. I ended up having to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Never again.

Andrea is an exceptional stylist/barber. Both my husband and I are long time clients as is our son. We followed her from Flower Mound to Coppell to Frisco. It seems the staff has become more attentive/proactive under her leadership.

Jenny is amazing and takes the best care of clients.

Scheduled a 45 min service w additional shampoo and done in under 30 minutes. Not enough time taken for thorough cut.

We had a wonderful experience. Dajah knew exactly how to provide excellent service and we will turn it’s a little over an hour one way for us just for a style cut, and still we will be repeat customers. Should she leave I hope she shares where she goes.

My son’s haircut is nothing like the picture we brought in. The stylist indicated that she was able to give him the style with his hair type. The picture and my son both have thick hair with a wave. It was cut much shorter than the requested cut and he is very upset. He starts the 9th grade in 2 weeks and he doesn’t even want to go to school because of this cut. There is nothing that can be done, the hair is gone and can not be added back. The stylist was very nice and customer service was good but that doesn’t make up for the cut. We will not return as this is the 3rd haircut he has received that he was unhappy with and we will have to find another stylist.

My boyfriend and I both got our haircut here. I was skeptical for my cut, being that it is a barbershop, but it was very welcoming for women and there are stylists there that know what they’re doing.

GLORIA IS THE BEST.

I wanted to provide some honest feedback about my son’s haircut. We came in asking for a light trim to maintain his longer hairstyle to get the hair out of his eyes, but unfortunately the result was much different than what we discussed. The cut looked uneven, the bangs were cut straight across and didn’t preserve the style we requested, and I ended up needing to do additional fixing at home afterward.

I understand everyone is learning and gaining experience, and I’m not looking to get anyone in trouble. I just wanted to share that this stylist may benefit from a bit more training or guidance with longer hairstyles and listening carefully to client expectations. I appreciate you asking for feedback and hope it’s helpful.

From the start of my walk in every thing was professional and friendly. I have felt more genuine hospitality at this place than any other barbershop in town. My stylist and connoisseur of the hair cutterery arts was an absolute gem.

I liked the haircut but it was very awkward

I had to call at the last minute, and the receptionist was very kind and polite and accommodating. My Grandson received a perfect haircut and was very happy. Barron will be back. Also we enjoy the location, where I will take him each time to buy a new book at 1/2 price books.
