We had a wonderful experience. Dajah knew exactly how to provide excellent service and we will turn it’s a little over an hour one way for us just for a style cut, and still we will be repeat customers. Should she leave I hope she shares where she goes.

My son’s haircut is nothing like the picture we brought in. The stylist indicated that she was able to give him the style with his hair type. The picture and my son both have thick hair with a wave. It was cut much shorter than the requested cut and he is very upset. He starts the 9th grade in 2 weeks and he doesn’t even want to go to school because of this cut. There is nothing that can be done, the hair is gone and can not be added back. The stylist was very nice and customer service was good but that doesn’t make up for the cut. We will not return as this is the 3rd haircut he has received that he was unhappy with and we will have to find another stylist.

I wanted to provide some honest feedback about my son’s haircut. We came in asking for a light trim to maintain his longer hairstyle to get the hair out of his eyes, but unfortunately the result was much different than what we discussed. The cut looked uneven, the bangs were cut straight across and didn’t preserve the style we requested, and I ended up needing to do additional fixing at home afterward.

I understand everyone is learning and gaining experience, and I’m not looking to get anyone in trouble. I just wanted to share that this stylist may benefit from a bit more training or guidance with longer hairstyles and listening carefully to client expectations. I appreciate you asking for feedback and hope it’s helpful.

From the start of my walk in every thing was professional and friendly. I have felt more genuine hospitality at this place than any other barbershop in town. My stylist and connoisseur of the hair cutterery arts was an absolute gem.

I liked the haircut but it was very awkward

I had to call at the last minute, and the receptionist was very kind and polite and accommodating. My Grandson received a perfect haircut and was very happy. Barron will be back. Also we enjoy the location, where I will take him each time to buy a new book at 1/2 price books.

The only person my Son will allow to touch his hair for any kind of cut is Dajah. We went through plenty of teenage hair drama previously and now each time he gets a cut, he leaves smiling and happy. As long as Dajah is there, we will be repeat customers!

I get my head and beard shaved. Prices are a huge difference, depending on who cuts your hair.

Jay is the go to for our family. They took over an appointment going very sideways for one of us, who was giving him what we call neck bangs and made it a great one in the end. They understand disabled, neurodivergent, and weary people needing a fresh reset. We can't always book with them but the service at this location is great overall. Even when I had a different stylist this week, my hair wasn't cut the way I was wanting (not knowing HOW hair is really cut), until she asked me to look it over and it wasnt it for me. I showed her my reference photos again and told her what i was not happy with. In the end we got there and there was no frustration or awkwardness. Everyone is very kind and for the last year we've come to this location because of it. Just say no to neck bangs...would not reccomend XD
