My appointment was for 6pm and my haircut didn’t start until nearly 6:30

Wonderful people at Floyd's barbershop! Excellent service everytime, and Trista is the only barber who i trust to cut my beard.

The service is always friendly but I was really disappointed in the haircut.

Worst haircut of my life. Looked like someone used a lawnmower with dull blades. Horrible service

I have been getting my hair cut at Floyd's 99 for almost a decade. The service is great, haircuts are well done, and reasonably priced.

Erin has consistently been the best stylist that I've ever had at Floyds, and I've been a regular at 4 different locations in 3 different cities depending on where I lived.

The first stylist botched my cut. Was very inexperienced. Did not know the cut i wanted. Shouldn't have gotten it from her. The second location, fixed it for me. Which is good.

I have been to college location 4or 5 times and that was the best haircut I have had in a long while. I think it is a bit high priced but if I always received that quality I would gladly pay for it!

My stylist was terrific, but the acoustics were so bad I couldn’t understand what was being said to me.

Matthew was amazing. Appreciate his ability and his demeanor.

Overall it was great but it was just a little expensive for a crew cut 37$ come on y'all

I went to another shop to have someone fix the cut. It seems like your barber was afraid to do fades. I tried to get him to fix it because it was uneven and he grabbed scissors to cut for a few minutes then said he couldn’t just spend an hour cutting hair. He should not be doing fades.

I told my stylist I didn’t invite what cut I wanted and she was extremely helpful in providing advice I asked for. I expected any stylist to get frustrated but she didn’t and nailed my expectations

Normally I’m on the same page as the person who is cutting my hair. I had put in for aside up (neck, temple, and leave it up to her) but she did a buzz cut. I don’t think I’ve ordered a buzz cut before. I just need to communicate with her better before we start..

Stacy has been cutting my hair for awhile now and she is the best and a master of what she does!

Sonja was extremely kind and took her time to give me a great haircut that I am overly happy with!
