Was in the chair for almost an hour for a buzz cut, the stylist cut my face during the haircut , my wife noticed after the fact

Your receptionist was less than helpful. Tried to push me off to Sunday instead of booking an appointment with one of the stylists who was available (waiting for an appointment to show). Cold demeanor. Not personable.

This was my first time visiting Floyd's barbershop. I've never been to an establishment like this either. I enjoyed the style and ambiance of the place. I enjoyed being able to sit in place and have all my needs taken care of in one sitting.

Went in without a scheduled appointment and didn’t wait long before being seated by a stylist who patiently and professionally cut my hair even better than I had imagined! Recommend paying Floyd’s a visit if needing a good place to have your hair maintained.

First time going to a professional in three years due to a bad experience at a different salon. But was very very surprised with how comfortable and happy I was with my cut! I would 1000% recommend getting a cut with Jazmyn! She was so welcoming and sweet!

Will was our stylist for my grandson who is 12. Jaden loves to get his hair cut at Floyd’s, he thinks they are the best. He said Will has given him the best haircut he has had. Very pleased and wants to always go back and ask for Will if he is available.*****

Got a totally different cut than I wanted and showed pictures of. It was horrible. My beard was barely touched and i still paid for the whole thing. Never coming back here and def not recommending to anyone. I looked absurd when i looked myself in the mirror but it was too late to do anything.

Ashley NOT Abby like she lied and said to me was absolutely terrible she wanted to belittle me and make me feel dumb every single step of the way. She wanted to argue with every single thing I said all while throwing out barber terms like I went to school to learn any of that. At one point she dramatically stopped doing everything she was doing for about 20 seconds to “ask permission to speak” this was by far the most unprofessional and rude hair stylist I’ve ever met and she deserves to be fired knowing when I asked her, her name she lied to my face twice when I asked it.

I moved to Texas a few years ago. I've held Cosmetology in 2 states since 1978. When I walked by the first thing that caught my eye was the name. It reminded me of an old television show. I was greeted right away. I loved that it was all inclusive. It was very clean.

Visited Floyd’s for a mid fade. Wanda did a very nice job. I told her it was for my 43rd anniversary. She left my hair just the way I like it. Kudos Wanda! 😊

The person who worked with me didn't talk to me or work with me on how I would like my hair done. She took the base and just acted like that was it. She shaved my neck which no one has ever done and didn't ask if I wanted it shaved. It feels really weird now. I was willing to get a lot done. I was willing to get a shampoo, willing to get my hair dyed back to a natural color, I was willing to put forth effort to get a good haircut and I got nothing out of them. I am terrified of getting my hair cut. It scares the **** out of me because it's something that can't be undone. And she didn't even really talk to me at all. She just said that I was done and sent me on my way. I don't know if I'll ever come back after this feeling. I still can't stand how my neck feels.

On several occasions, even though the stylist was available, I wasn’t seen until 15 minutes or more after my appointment time.
