I arrived 15-20 minutes before my appointment and was still waiting 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled before getting seated.

This place is always great. It's a nice chill environment with really friendly workers

Everyone is super welcoming and really excited for you to be there. I went to Floyd’s to get my hair dyed and I love the result! My stylist and the front desk were super excited to see the result, plus they made sure I was cared for as the appointment lasted a long time due to getting my hair dyed. In the end I am super happy with the result and can’t wait to go again!

Becca and Michael were so patient and nice to my boys. I appreciate their patience with me and my boys!

The people running the shop were super nice and Becca is amazing. She’s always able to recreate exactly what I’m asking for, even if my requests are a little unclear. She’s literally a wizard with the shears and an attuned artist with the hair. It’s insane and she is the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to. She’s also an amazing person and I always love talking to her. I’m a little awkward, so the fact that she’s so easy and fun to talk to is really great.
Becca also explains a lot of what she’s doing and answers my question about her techniques, which makes me feel better as I like to get “trust the process” types of haircuts.
She also went in after she blow dried (which took forever bc of my thick hair) and took the time to touch up everything, like getting down to eye level with the ends of my hair to make sure it was perfect (and it IS perfect).
You guys are super lucky that she’s continued to work at Floyd’s over the years. So am I lol.

My 11 yo son had the time of his life!! After his fade was done he called to tell me “MOM! They shampooed my hair!! The fade is so good!” Thank you for making him feel and look great!

Mike did a great job on my haircut. He was a professional while cutting hair. Normally I don’t really like going to get a hair cut but Mike made it a great time. He was easy to talk to and really paid attention to detail. Great job! I found a person I can keep coming back to.
