Alex is very skilled as a barber and very tuned in to his clients. A great listener who knows how to have a conversation as well.

I had a terrible experience at this establishment. I had scheduled an appointment three days in advance for an early morning slot, but I wasn’t serviced until 20 minutes after my appointment time. I arrived 10 minutes early and kept seeing other clients walk in and receive service. It was very inconvenient and unprofessional of the receptionist to not maintain my appointment. I was very frustrated.

Asked for my child to have a Mohawk cut. She made a weird face. I asked if I could show her photos of the style, which she begrudgingly looked at. I asked her if she was comfortable with doing this style of haircut and her response was with a disgusted face “He’s the one that has to wear the cut not me.”
I thought Floyd’s was know for cool funky cuts, but it didn’t seem to be her style at all. Not a great experience for my son. Would not recommend.

I haven’t been able to coordinate my schedule with the main stylist I prefer, for my last two appointments. This most recent appointment and prior haircut have both completely missed the marked. Sections appear uneven and choppy.

Prices are very high. Regular haircut for a guy plus tip is approaching $50, for 15-20 minute haircut. Thats the only reason I consider leaving.

One of the best haircut experiences I’ve had in a long time. Done quickly and very well. The one reservation I have is the price. It was just too expensive to think about coming in regularly. The only thing that prevents me from checking 10.

The price increased yet again. I am regular customer and have seen the price increase regularly. Once it hit $40 I considered moving but now at $43 plus tip you are too expensive for a haircut every 5-6 weeks. I have already found a more competitive alternative.
