We have come here a handful of times and the quality is inconsistent. My son and daughter have both had bad haircuts here.

I’ve been coming to Floyd’s for a few years now. Never had any problems. Came in June 8th and got what I thought was a good cut, had really bad razor burn from the neck shave the day after, and my sideburns were over cut and uneven. Other than that it was a good experience

James did a great job! Also, the gentleman who answered the phone when I called was very helpful.

I walked in 15 minutes early for my appointment. Walked to the front counter, the front lady asked if I had an appointment, I said yes, told her the time of my appointment and my name. She told me to have a seat as she’s got me checked in. My stylist finishes, I wait 8 minutes passed my appointment, and proceed to the new front lady (the original ended her shift during my wait) I asked if I was ever checked in, she stated no and apologized.

I wonder why the original lady didn’t check me in.

Your app didn’t work as it should. I know my password and I was unable to login with my credentials. I attempted to reset my password and didn’t receive the email until the next day. I tried twice to reset it and the next day my Gmail was spammed with 18 password reset emails from Floyd’s.

My barber Abby did a great job on my hair and James at the front desk was super helpful as well.

Not the right haircut. Haircut was fine. Didn’t do what I said. Also didn’t blend one of the fades on my left side.

I love this barber shop. Only thing Idon't like is when trying to book with my barber on the website, twice it has not worked and it ended up booking me with a random barber even though I can see his photo before I book.

I’ve been very happy with my experience at Floyd’s Barbershop on 19th Street. James does an excellent job with my hair and goes beyond a standard barber cut. Since I wear my hair a bit longer than most men, and the hair on the left side of my head tends to stick straight out rather than lay flat, I especially appreciate the extra attention he gives to shaping and styling it. The shop itself is also more pleasant than it used to be, with the music kept at a reasonable volume and improved lighting. It makes for a much more comfortable and relaxing experience. Great haircut, great atmosphere, and consistently excellent and personalized service. Now that I’m retired and living in Austin, scheduling James takes a bit more planning, but it’s always worth it.

I scheduled a Floyd's cut and a beard trim for my 12 o'clock appointment on friday 4/24. The service was great but I was over charged for my beard trim. The online price shows $17 for the beard trim. I was charged $25 instead of $17. I did not notice until I made it home and checked on my Floyd's account. I called the shop and was told I would receive a call from the manager. I haven't heard from anyone yet. Aslo, I did not receive any additional services to have the price jump up.

I have very serious concern when I walked into the Houston Heigth's location without a reservation, and I was turned away. When one barber decided to stop me and asked me to stay, the manager became extremely upset, and even took the receptionist to the side. For this reason, I cannot recommend your establishment.
