I have had good haircuts at Floyd’s before but this last cut was not great. The stylist and I barely spoke to one another so I take some responsibility but I thought I was clear on what I wanted… I specifically told her I didn’t want to look like a cop. I look exactly like a cop.
Anyway, the baldish guy with the beard is great. Had a great cut and conversation with him a couple of visits back but the others have been OK to bad.

Staff used to be friendly. Now they're rude and dismissive.

Barber can’t cut hair - I have one side longer than the other and parts on top that are wildly different in length

The stylist I was scheduled with never showed up to cut my sons hair at 10am

Jennifer is my long time person since her days on 20th street. Shop called “blue something”..I forget. I’m not big on the vibrator or the hot towel. Prefer not to do them.

I like the way your appointment system works. And the friendly staff all around. It's like attending an old time small town barbershop.

With my preferred barber I always show up 15 to 25 minutes early start 10 minutes minimum after the scheduled time then get kindly asked to show up on time next so it doesn't interfere with the schedule.

It's almost like they don't have air conditioning

I am a long standing customer of Tray. So naturally wherever he goes I will follow. I did like the atmosphere of the shop and was greeted when I walked in the shop which says a lot me- professional!
Tray does a wonderful job cutting my hair! He's going to be a great addition to the shop.

I’ve been coming to Floyd’s for a few years now. Never had any problems. Came in June 8th and got what I thought was a good cut, had really bad razor burn from the neck shave the day after, and my sideburns were over cut and uneven. Other than that it was a good experience

James did a great job! Also, the gentleman who answered the phone when I called was very helpful.

I walked in 15 minutes early for my appointment. Walked to the front counter, the front lady asked if I had an appointment, I said yes, told her the time of my appointment and my name. She told me to have a seat as she’s got me checked in. My stylist finishes, I wait 8 minutes passed my appointment, and proceed to the new front lady (the original ended her shift during my wait) I asked if I was ever checked in, she stated no and apologized.

I wonder why the original lady didn’t check me in.
