Accepting Walk-ins are a joke

I wish there were more slots for walk ins. When I'm running errands, I get there when I get there. To have to time my arrival between groceries, pharmacy, hardware stores, etc. is tough.

Anastasha is the absolute most incredible stylist & provided the most welcoming customer service I've ever experienced.

Barber was late and haircut was overpriced.

I’ve been going to my Floyd’s for a few years now. Always get a great cut. I appreciate the stylists are always up for hearing when I want no matter how specific. Niles is talented, personable and very professional.

Great Hair cut

Niles hands down the best at Floyd’s. Been coming here for the last 5 years all hair cuts have been good. But Niles is by far the best that I ever had. He is very critical of his own work and it shows up in the end. Can’t thank him enough.

Niles was wonderful! But it was a bit annoying that I made a scheduled appointment for 4:45 and with only 3 barbers they were running behind so we didn’t get out of there until 6. It just took much longer than normal

I usually like going to this site, but my experience yesterday was really frustrating. I put in for a buzz cut like I usually do, but was lectured about it from my barber because what I actually wanted would take too much time. I apologized but he continued to make passive-aggressive comments to me. The front desk person also overcharged me by ten dollars and had no interest in listening to my question about the price. It really felt like I was a burden to the employees during my hair cut, which was really disheartening.

I believe Neil helped me. He was fantastic. Very personable, and we had a great conversation about Maui. He spentv6 years there and I have been multiple times.

My appointment was easy to schedule online; it started on time; the stylist was eager to learn my cut needs; everyone was friendly.

Friendly people and the haircut is always good. My last stylist, Jay, was fantastic and one of the best cuts I've gotten.

It's not the one on Quebec that's a bit problematic, it's the one on University and Evans. I've had a couple really bad experiences there and it makes me skeptical of the whole Floyd's chain. Justin at the Quebec store was amazing though, I'll be going back to him, but driving 15-20 miles for a haircut when one is right next to where I live does feel incongruous with an overall positive Floyd's experience.

I've been a customer for quite sometime and also a senior. I had a great haircut but when I went to pay the person ran my credit card and then I asked if you gave me my senior discount and she said no. I then asked her could you rerun it to get my discount and she no. She said I already rung it up and couldn't rerun it. Not sure why but I just think she didn't want to or plane lazy. She wasn't business at all and I was the only person at the counter and no one else waiting. So very disappointed in customer service. I probably won't return

After finishing the trim my beard the hair clippings were left all over my face, and were not cleaned off nor were the trimmings that were stuck in my beard and mustache
