Floyd's 99 is so much more than a barber shop. I went to boutique hair salons for years but after one experience at Floyd's years ago, I'm hooked. Great stylists and services for a much better price!

Got me in for a same day appointment. Check in process was quick. Sierra took great care of me and had me in and out looking much better than when I came in! Very pleased and will be coming back for sure!

I go to this Floyd’s only because you have Morgan West. She does a great job and she has a great personality. I’ve been to other Floyd’s and those experiences weren’t great. I’ll recommend Floyd’s in HR because of Morgan

It is nice to splurge every once in a while. In my situation you guys fit that bill for me. I tried to use my mom’s credit card for a $32 massage but someone blocked the actions so I had to get a little more out of your shave. I should have done the straight blade. It would have been more relaxing. The hot towel really did loosen up my back.

I have been a customer at various Floyds on/off as needed for 20 years. I am not sure if this will continue any longer after yesterday??

I have always been loyal to my stylist (until they leave and go elsewhere) and have always made appointments days in advance. I was early as usual yesterday, only to find out out (yet AGAIN!) that the current stylist I am loyal to, took another ealk-in 10 mins before my scheduled Apt, so yet AGAIN I found myself waiting in your lobby at my Apt tume... For my loyalty and commitment.

I can get worked over anywhere by anbody... But when it happens somewhere I frequent, tip well in cash and am loyal to... It disgusts me and I have learned to speak with my wallet.

My loyalty + business is clearly not valued by Floyds!! I now see NO reason why it should continue? My $ is quite welcome elsewhere!
