Alex was great! listened to the style we wanted for our 6 year old and engaged with it and told how to get the best outcome.

I came in and wanted a trim, a clean up if you will. I discussed that I didn’t want a radically short cut as I was starting a new job. I also am unable to see how my haircut is going without glasses so I trusted my barber understood what I was requesting as I had removed my glasses. She decided to buzz my hair to a ridiculously short length. I have to show up to a new job looking ridiculous because Floyd’s was unable to listen to what I wanted. I’m extremely disappointed. This was not just a waste of money buy it impacts how I show up for a new job. Extremely disappointed . I look like I just got out of boot camp while the “barber” was telling me how great she is at her job.

Competent sylists for sure, but shaming someone for having cut their own hair (that's why I came in to fix it!) is not acceptable and is a very strange thing to do. I will return to Floyd's, but prbably not this one for that reason alone.

Floyd’99 is 5 minutes from my home. It is always easy to set up a convient appointment. I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and the personality of the stylist’s. My most recent haircut and neck massage was with Sol, I will request her for next time!

Would be helpful to add an ability to upload photos. Asked for short and the stylist mentioned that we could test a few lengths and then buzzed the side and asked if that was good. Nowhere to really go from there! Lines were also very uneven. Girlfriend laughed at me when she saw it (tough). Not really worried about it but it was just a really poorly done job.

I’ve gone to this location a few times now. I’ve had 2 good haircuts and 3 bad ones with my most recent being the worst. The stylists who did well no longer worked at Floyd’s the next time I went to get my haircut. It seems to be a trend in my years of experience with Floyd’s and so I can only conclude that you have a retention problem. Pay your stylists more.

Everyone is great

I was over charged $5, brought it up after my card went through. I was told they would refund the $5, that never happened. The over charging was for a shampoo that I pre-ordered for my kid, there were two options. A more expensive one and a standard one. I picked the more expensive one and no one at the store seemed to know what the difference was, they just gave him the standard. So either Floyd's just charges two different prices for the same service or the staff are not trained to know the difference. Id still like my $5 refunded as I also gave 20% tip because it's not the stylists fault.

Jessica H was wonderful my 1st time in and she really listened to me and gave me the exact cut I wanted-it was a challenge too, but I have never been happier.

So I specifically asked for the back of my head to be cut really short. Short to where it shouldn't be able to touch my neck. Unfortunately it does touch my neck and now my husband is having to go back to my head and fix it himself. I don't think considering we paid $104 for not only my hair cut but also his hair cut that we should both be happy with the hair cuts. My husband has asked for the same hair cut for years. He asks for it to be short on the sides and back but a bit longer on top. The hair stylist cut the top way to short to where it lays werid.

Alyssa is amazing. After going through cancer treatment, my hair began to thin and break, which was really difficult. Now that it's growing back, I see her every four weeks for regular trims to keep the ends healthy and help the new growth catch up. She's supported me through every step of this journey—not just as a talented stylist, but as a friend. I'm so grateful for her. Floyd's is lucky to have her as part of their team.

Your prices have gotten very overpriced for what it is. It's also crazy the lowest recommended tip option is 25%.
