after a $5 tip, it cost $45 for a haircut for my 14 year old son. haircut and stylist were fine. just not worth the price for us.

This location is a fun atmosphere, and the staff is friendly. Also they did a great job on the hair.

Patrick was a great stylist/barber and gave me exactly what I wanted

Warm and welcoming staff the minute I walked in the door. Waited outside on patio area which was super clean and made the 25 min wait very pleasant. I was a walk in. I believe my stylist was Nick. I love when hair people engage in conversation while cutting my hair. Nick was just a straight up good dude. He asked three easy questions to determine how to cut my hair. Nice work Floyds crew.

Expensive when everything is an addon

The vibe in the shop is uncomfortable. A receptionist and barber that I had a really negative experience with were both there; staff outnumbered customers. I was kept waiting past the scheduled appointment time, feeling awkward as the staff talked amongst themselves.
I wish there would be sweeping turnover at this location because I like Floyd’s and this is the closest shop to me, but it’s not a comfortable, good, or pleasant experience.

I had my first haircut with Nick at Floyd’s on Union, and it was the best haircut I’ve had in years. He took the time to evaluate my hair instead of just giving me the same haircut I’ve always had. He explained what he was doing, listened to my concerns, and I never felt rushed.

As a senior citizen, I especially appreciated the kindness and respect Nick showed me throughout my visit. Great customer service is becoming harder to find, and he has it.

I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you, Nick!

I liked that she could understand what I was trying to explain since I didn't have the hair salon vocabulary, and also I was worried about the person giving the haircut, but she was remarkable, faded me up right and lined me up right! Thank you Cindy!!

I have always enjoyed going to Floyds- Lakewood save one thing. The music. I understand that it is mainly young people who partake of your services, however it is also middle aged and senior citizens. Therefore it does not seem unreasonable to ask that a change of music from time to time be instituted and hard rock not be the only thing played. I would also request the volume be lowered a bit as well. Again this is coming from a senior who has been a patron of yours for years and will likely continue to be.

Easy check in, great haircut. I did have to wait 15 minutes later than my reservation appointment.

Patrick provided one of the best haircut experiences I’ve ever had. Getting my haircut is something I typically don’t enjoy, but the moment I sat in the chair, Patrick made me felt comfortable, asked me how I wanted my hair cut and ensured I understood what he was going to do. He was extremely personable and fun to talk with. I will definitely be coming back to this location just for Patrick in the future!
