The last stylist was great but before not so much

I have always enjoyed going to Floyds- Lakewood save one thing. The music. I understand that it is mainly young people who partake of your services, however it is also middle aged and senior citizens. Therefore it does not seem unreasonable to ask that a change of music from time to time be instituted and hard rock not be the only thing played. I would also request the volume be lowered a bit as well. Again this is coming from a senior who has been a patron of yours for years and will likely continue to be.

Easy check in, great haircut. I did have to wait 15 minutes later than my reservation appointment.

Patrick provided one of the best haircut experiences I’ve ever had. Getting my haircut is something I typically don’t enjoy, but the moment I sat in the chair, Patrick made me felt comfortable, asked me how I wanted my hair cut and ensured I understood what he was going to do. He was extremely personable and fun to talk with. I will definitely be coming back to this location just for Patrick in the future!

I started coming to see Keirsten a little over a year ago. She was initially so friendly and easy to talk to, I kept coming back. I'm a hair nerd and she has always seemed to nail every little quirk of a style I've asked for. Fairly certain I haven't like more hair more than I have this past year than any other styles I've had!! Will continue returning as long as she's there 😊

I forgot the guys name that cut my hair but he was super nice and friendly, gave advice on how to style my hair, and gave the exact haircut I was looking for.

I went in for a haircut and beard trim. The beard trim was done phenomenally. However. The haircut was very mediocre. I've found spots where it wasn't trimmed evenly and my skin was very irritated and red because of the trimmers the stylist was using. My hair was also being pulled by yh trimmers the stylist was using. The stylist also did not style my hair right for the hair cut I got. My hair was very flat and combed over when I'm trying to have a modern mullet look. She did not add or sugges any products for my hair.

Kyri did an amazing job on my hair. I also really appreciate that Zach, the one I was scheduled with originally, told me he didn’t feel comfortable cutting my hair and had me reschedule. I admire the honesty.

Kyrie at Lakewood location is your star there as not only is she a professional and welcoming. Kyrie also has the balling to take on and customer like my kids with autism and is always prepared with fidgets and accommodations love her never get rid of her
