Brandi at Union Street was excellent. She took a head of thinning gray hair and made an intentional style that inspires confidence in me. I will definitely be returning and asking for her by name.

I love this place. Being a woman and going to the barber was very intimidating. But I was made to feel welcome and had all my questions answered without judgement.

I had appointments for both of my boys. We arrived 10 minutes early and sat down. We waited 15 minutes past our appointed time before my first boy was called to his chair and another 5 before my other boy was called.

This is not a kid friendly place. I would not recommend for kids haircuts. My 3 year old was frightened by the pictures on the wall.

I came in for a head shave and beard trim. Stylist used a straight razor and somehow, I still had stubble. Ended up coming home and finishing it myself. There was also long hairs around my ears.

Q is an outstanding professional. I always seek him out. He did a great job with my head and beard.

after a $5 tip, it cost $45 for a haircut for my 14 year old son. haircut and stylist were fine. just not worth the price for us.

Warm and welcoming staff the minute I walked in the door. Waited outside on patio area which was super clean and made the 25 min wait very pleasant. I was a walk in. I believe my stylist was Nick. I love when hair people engage in conversation while cutting my hair. Nick was just a straight up good dude. He asked three easy questions to determine how to cut my hair. Nice work Floyds crew.

Expensive when everything is an addon

The vibe in the shop is uncomfortable. A receptionist and barber that I had a really negative experience with were both there; staff outnumbered customers. I was kept waiting past the scheduled appointment time, feeling awkward as the staff talked amongst themselves.
I wish there would be sweeping turnover at this location because I like Floyd’s and this is the closest shop to me, but it’s not a comfortable, good, or pleasant experience.
