Pleasant atmosphere, the Stylist went the extra mile!

I had a great haircut at the Floyd’s 99 location in Kyle. Then I had the worst haircut of my life at the location on N Lamar in Austin and had to shave my head when I got home.

For at this point maybe close to 2 years I have given credit for all of my haircuts when I am complemented, and now this is where both of my little brothers get haircuts and like half of my friends. I used to be scared of haircuts because I thought my ear would get cut off.

I love my guy Itri. The guy always makes an extra effort to get me in, is super happy, positive and fun to talk to and - he does a great job! I will always come back!

The haircut itself was fine, but the appointment took quite a bit longer than expected, which was challenging with a child. I also noticed the stylist’s hands seemed a little unsteady at times, which made me somewhat nervous during the cut.

Itri does a great job. Efficient, on time. He’s cut my hair for years and always does a fantastic cut.

My barber, without any warning, completely buzzed my widow’s peak off. I did not ask for this, and the photos of my previous haircut that I had shown him multiple times did not have a shaved widow’s peak. Overall the haircut is ok, but not what I asked for and certainly longer than I had hoped (on account of needing to cover up the shaved widow’s peak). Will likely not be returning to or recommending Floyd’s

I was in Austin for a few days and needed a haircut. Heather did a fantastic job and I’m very satisfied. I’ll definitely return to Floyd’s next time I’m in town.

Clean, friendly, nice space and location.

Barber was either just out of school or hasn't continued education. His lack of experience was unfortunate and it's clear he needs more training. My very basic cut and shave was terrible. Probably the worst experience I have ever had. Nice person though.
