I was just in there with my daughter who is 10 years old. I booked a kids cut for her since she is 10. I also had a 25% off coupon put in on the reservation because she is new. When we went to check out AFTER the haircut, I was put on the spot and told that we needed to book something different for her because she has a lot of hair. I assumed she could get a kids cut like she does everywhere else we take her. So instead of being charged $28 I was charged $50 and the 25% off was not honored. Needless to say I'm pretty disappointed. She was in the chair for about 25 minutes.

Longtime Floyds fan, barbers actually listen and share ideas as you get started. Good service for a reasonable price.

I was very clear about wanting my hair to fall beneath my shoulders, and my stylist cut it a solid inch and a half above my shoulders.

Always friendly and accommodating. I can’t always say that about other Floyd’s locations (ie. The DU location is known for grumpy receptionists).

The barbers that I have had seem to move on after a few months. I thought they were well trained and liked them. It would seem retention, at least in my eyes, is a problem.

I wanted a shorter haircut (length above my ears) which from my understanding fell under the normal Floyd’s cut but I walked in with a little bit longer hair and was going to get charged for the mid length haircut. The way it was worded on the website made me think I fell into the Floyd’s short haircut category. And also my haircut didn’t look anything like the description/photo that I showed to the hairstylist/barber. And my hair got cut a little bit shorter than what I wanted…

Nathan was an A+ stylist. He did excellent and gave great service

The ambient and the employee was nice, I only had a bad experience doing hair cut FADE with Justin, looks like he still learning and I could see the different lines from the “FADE” I did not like that service.

Angelika is the greatest of all time

The barber was incredibly friendly and the front desk had great service. The final product was not as layered as I wanted it to be, the cut looks great.

Jamie was great, best haircut I’ve found in South Denver! I went to the one of Leetsdale.

Evan is the real deal. His barbering skills are 🔥! He’s also thoughtful and intelligent and doesn’t shy away from conversations of substance. All around good human!

Abby is literally the best.

I flew in from NY to Denver and needed someone I could trust with my long curly hair — Abby absolutely delivered. She took such great care of my hair, made the whole experience easy and comfortable, and I walked out feeling so confident. Honestly, I felt so good after my appointment that I ended up landing the job I was interviewing for! Huge thank you to Abby and everyone at the shop for making me feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Mediocre hair cut. My son wss only in the chair less than 5 mins. Super impersonal feeling. 30 bucks for 4 min haircut...looked nothing like he wanted and didnt even style it. Hes 6 years old

Amy at leetsdale is absolutely fantastic her ability to understand style is second to none.

Week or so before came in and was greeted with warm arms and then when I came in the day of the hair cut made an appointment and didn’t wait long. Music and the people it was just amazing.

The stylist is great. Location is terrific. I have been disappointed with the turnover at the location, though. At my visit, because one of the staff did not show up and did not notify the team, my stylist and the other who was present had to be dealing with frustrated clients and rescheduling. This was exacerbated, I think, by the lack of a receptionist at the site on Mondays. Historically, Floyd's has done a great job with employee retention and it seems like this has changed substantially.

Since the first time I went to Floyd's 99, I have never looked back. I've been a loyal customer for several years and still, every time I come in I am reminded of why I love this place. The barbers, the stylists and their skills, the atmosphere, the vibes, it all makes for a great experience, every time.

I really like my shop and anyone I’ve gone to has been stellar.

The last two times we have visited Floyd's, our stylists did not listen to instructions and instead did a haircut. That was not what we requested. On this most recent visit, they thinned the top of my son's hair to an unrecognizable degree.

I've been going to Floyd's for years and I always walk out very happy, I always have a great conversation with the one who is cutting my hair and I constantly get their hair products because it works perfectly, 10 out of 10. I'll always keep coming here.

I walked in for a walk-in visit, after I was told to come in because they had an opening. When I arrived, they said they didn't have any openings for 2.5 hours. They apologized and offered to get me in in about 30 minutes, which was nice of them. Unfortunately I got a bad haircut after that, the left side of my head is noticeably longer than the right side. I am disappointed in this shop, as I've been coming here for a few years.
