Floyd's did not disappoint me. I go there for a very specific reason, and I don't live nearby. My therapist, Mersnda, was excellent.

I don't like reporting this. I had the worst haircut ever. I don't think my stylist had a chance. She didn't know the routine of a full service cut for my long hair. The visit was a painful one. Lexi was my previous stylist and she cut my hair three times that I can remember. It was perfect every time. I think I might have gotten a better trim at a $10 shop. I am so sorry. It was very disappointing. My hair looks chopped off, it is uneven, ragged, and I'm not going to even it up at this point.

Brandon is one of the best in Lexington. He's the perfect balance of speed and style. He's always open to feedback and keeps me in the loop on the Floyd's products he thinks are best for my hair. If he leaves I'll follow him, but you all should be doing everything you can to keep him!

We took a chance on returning after a severely botched haircut. Unfortunately, that risk did not pay off and my son left again with a terrible haircut. We won't be back.
