Great location and great haircut. My go to barber shop.

Stylist was attentive and answered my questions in detail + also asked the right questions throughout

While Isabelle is lovely she left my hair too long even after I told her I wanted a short scissor cut and then asked her at the end to more off but my hair is still too long I just didn't want to keep bothering her.

Was not greeted, was not feeling welcome (it was my first visit). After my haircut was done she rudely said this is not a “Floyd’s” haircut by the way. I did not know there was rules. Had I known I would’ve never even had her attempt to cut my hair.

Sawse is the best barber there, he cuts with precision and the attention to detail is top notch, he is the reason I come back and I tell all my friends go to him, basically because if you want a good clean fast cut, and feel good about it at the end he is the one I trust. Best barber I've had thus far and I used to go to Aveda but not anymore! Thank you he is an asset to the team, and I will be back, it's lowkey the best I ever looked!

Great experience every time

Approximately, every 3-4 weeks, I return for a head shave and Sawse's professionalism & attention to detail is 'why' he is the only barber I trust. Also, Sawse is an exception person and I enjoy our conversations about Chicago, sports, life, etc...

My hair is extremely uneven. I am thinking about going to another barber to fix what has been done.

I left disappointed with my haircut. The stylist didn’t follow my instructions, and the final result had significant issues: the cut is uneven, there’s no blending between sections, and it looks incomplete. For the price, I expected the basic fundamentals of a quality cut to be met. I won’t be returning.

It’s a great neighborhood place that’s convenient and friendly. I’ve only gone for kids’ cuts and they have been great

I booked an appointment online with a specific hairdresser at a specific time. When I went in for my appointment, the person at the counter told me that I booked an open appointment and would have to have my hair cut by someone else. I said I have a confirmation online for a specific hairdresser. How could it show a confirmation on my phone and be different in your system? The guy at the counter shook his head and said I don’t know it just is. I asked again to be sure that the system would book it online send a confirmation and somehow it ended up different in your system and he just said Yep. The implication was that I screwed up somehow. Don’t know if they were just trying to fill the chair of someone who wasn’t busy or if the hairdresser I requested wanted to service someone else at that time. Either way, I spent parking money, gas money and most importantly time out of my day. And was lied to my face. I called the home office. They pulled up the appointment from there and told me that it was in the system correctly and that the store was seeing the same way the home office was long story short I was lied to with no offer or accommodation to make up for it. I had used the same hairdresser twice before and had decided she would be the one for me moving forward. Now I can’t go back in there. It’s way too uncomfortable. I’m don’t know why they felt the need to lie to my face, but you can’t do business with untrustworthy people no matter how good the hairdresser is and she is very good.

Great experience. Barber took her time which was nice. Felt expensive at the end but everything feels expensive now and it would have cost the same if she had rushed and she definitely didn't.
