I am very disappointed with the hair cut my son got. We have been waiting for this vacation in Croatia for two years and now my son going with the worst haircut he ever had. I had appointments for my son and my daughter at 11 and 11.25 pm. His haircut took 55 minutes and i had to leave because i had another appointment at 12.15 and my daughter did not get any haircut. I will never come back!!!!!! There were 4 other masters and no one suggested a help, seeing that a girl is trying so much but my son haircut is still not looking good…. Not symmetrical and looking like his classmate gave him a haircut. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!

That is my guy. He's really good at what he does. I ONLY go to him every single time for a haircut. If a barber offered to cut my hair for free for a whole year, or offer me $1,000, I still would not switch. My guy does his craft too well.

While Isabelle is lovely she left my hair too long even after I told her I wanted a short scissor cut and then asked her at the end to more off but my hair is still too long I just didn't want to keep bothering her.

Was not greeted, was not feeling welcome (it was my first visit). After my haircut was done she rudely said this is not a “Floyd’s” haircut by the way. I did not know there was rules. Had I known I would’ve never even had her attempt to cut my hair.

Sawse is the best barber there, he cuts with precision and the attention to detail is top notch, he is the reason I come back and I tell all my friends go to him, basically because if you want a good clean fast cut, and feel good about it at the end he is the one I trust. Best barber I've had thus far and I used to go to Aveda but not anymore! Thank you he is an asset to the team, and I will be back, it's lowkey the best I ever looked!

Great experience every time

Approximately, every 3-4 weeks, I return for a head shave and Sawse's professionalism & attention to detail is 'why' he is the only barber I trust. Also, Sawse is an exception person and I enjoy our conversations about Chicago, sports, life, etc...
